Plot:
It's been six months since Billie's best friend, Effie disappeared, leaving nothing behind but a rambling voicemail. Billie hasn't been the same since, she now seeks comfort from Effie's boyfriend. But when Billie begins receiving mysterious texts and a shady principal arrives, it's up to Billie and her friends to track down Effie once and for all.

(Distressed) Billie, I've searched everywhereI can think of. She's gone...my little girl's disappeared.
18 year old girl. Hipster, emotional, grumpy, sad, kind. Minor Role.
(Sad) My Effie was such a good girl...I don't understand why anybody would want to hurt her.
Man in 30s. Father of Effie and Lance, husband of Hilary. Stressful, protective, bossy, strict, condescending. Main Protagonist.
(Angry) I don't wanna hear it. Is this your way of acting out? Are you trying to rebel against me or something? Because it's not cute and it needs to stop.
I miss her too. We all do. But, you have to accept that she's gone and she's not coming back.
Oh, really? Well, I thought it was weird that you weren't in my class today, so I went to the front office to find out where you were and apparently, you never even showed.
