Osbert Colon is the corrupted CEO of the Crestco Corp. The Crestco Corp maintains a steady image within the VR servers that people now reside in, simulating a more normal life from back in the 2020s. Though he is not this new world's "president", he has full control of the world as Crestco is the company that provides all technology and software. He hides behind the image of a "normal" government to allow people not to be as suspicious to new laws, etc. He is a very dismissive father to Stellan/Calloway as he drowns himself in his work.
