Fallout 4 radio mod with DJ
Project Overview
I'm creating a lore friendly radio station with over 47 songs on it for Fallout 4 and I've already written the script, picked the songs, and organized how the songs should go. I've got 2 tech people in my corner on Discord as this will be a great project that I've worked on for close to a year now.
My voice won't cut it as I'm from North Carolina and the DJ grew up in Freeside, New Vegas and was a Follower Of The Apocalypse for a time. My Southern accent would be as out of place as when they made John Wayne as G. Khan in one film, lmao. The voice work is a few pages long and there won't be any mention of the main character or the factions of the game as I don't want the "Forrest Gump Syndrome" in this mod.
There will be some other past lesser known characters mentioned though such as Sydney from Fallout 3's Stealing Independence quest actually creating a settlement known as Little Moonbeam in The Connecticut Wasteland as well as the DJ saying that they've visited Nuka World and ended up having a one night stand with a Nuka Cola obsessed chick named Sierra and that's why The next song to be played on the radio was one that she'd like. The song being "Sugar, Sugar" by The Archies as a spot on song for that moment.
The humor and Fallout feel is here and I'm ready to get this out there. I'm part of a great Discord community already, but most there don't do voice work. I'm a huge fan of music from this era and I've picked out some obscure songs that will feel right at home here. The DJ will be recognized for their contribution in the mod description if they wish to use this as part of their resume' in the future.
