I'm looking for a voiceactor for one of the characters from my comic strip

I already have a voice actor for the cloak-wearing figure, but I need a voice for the blue-maned wolf. The finished project would be published on my YouTube channel, my Twitter and my DeviantArt profile. All with crediting the voiceactors; with links to their social media ect.

I'm looking for a voiceactor that I could work with long-term. We start out with a dub of this one particular comic (https://www.deviantart.com/jetproject/art/Thumbs-up-917246410) but I wish to make more dubs starring Double U in the future. She's often the lead or a secondary character.
Double U is a young butterfly catcher living on Butterfly Island. She's optimistic, energetic and friendly. She will fight to achieve her goals and won't let anyone stop her. She can easily break the fourth wall, as she is aware that she's a character in a comic.
