Hi I'm Meng, a voice actor just like you! I've had this creative itch to make short fantasy audio stories and plan to hopefully post many on Youtube on my channel at Avocado Fantasy!

You will be given the audio file to use as a sample for your profile, credited, and a written recommendation (your website/CCC). I use to make voice over demos and have experience in audio engineering. So if you have been wanting a sample to showcase your voice, this project is just for you! You can also listen to my own demo I produced on my profile to get an idea of what I can do.
Instructions:
Please provide no more than 2 takes each line, any format. I'm not strict on adlib/improv.
USB, Condenser, or XLR Mic preferred with little echo and background noise (do not clean or edit your files! Make sure your gain is just right as I will do all the editing and cleaning on my end!).
If chosen, I will send via email my recordings of my lines to you and you will record lines on your own time using the edited audio with music and sfx as reference. You will have 2 weeks to record as I pump out videos once every other week.

Story Setting:
This is a very romantic comedic short story of a pure priestess who has fallen unexpectedly in love with her military captain! After many many years of battle with a dark angelic being known as the Apocalyptic Angel, Avery (or Triple A) for short, the most purest of priestess’ in the land Clara, is the only one who can seal the angel. But her powers of purity (and apparently celibacy)and light is slowly deteriorating due to falling in love with her captain the day before the final battle that will determine mankind’s fate! Noooooooo!
NO AI WILL BE USED for the scripts I write and the voices used for this project. AI will only be used for the thumbnail and background of the video, then edited with special effects by me to enhance the storytelling so listeners can understand how many characters are in each story since this is hard to tell with no pictures. This is just a fun project and there is no money or plans of monetization in the future.
Voice Actor
Vocal Characteristics: Measured, saintly, and of upmost importance. Later on during the funnier scenes, she speaks a lot faster and panicky as tension rises from both characters.
History: Clara is the planet's priestess and is the only one who can stop an apocalyptic angel from destroying the world. Unfortunately, her powers has weakened due to falling in love. She is first seen as a very serious person who takes religion very seriously and is religiously over the top, but shows later on her vulnerable side as well.

Voice Actor
Vocal Characteristics: Casual, slightly flirtatious, confident, ladies' man, down to earth.
Captain Jones is a very charismatic captain who leads a band of soldiers to stop the apocalyptic angel coming to destroy their planet. He thinks the whole situation is ridiculous and would rather go to a bar and drink, but he is a very cool guy and puts others first, despite being a flirt and a jokester. He has a soft side when things do get serious and puts the jokester facade to the side when needed.

(Clara cries in the captain's arms and Captain Jones comforts Clara, emotional scene) Hey, it’s okay. You’ve had the weight of the world on your shoulders far longer than any human should EVER have. If anyone’s to blame, it’s me, for being too handsome for my own good.
