Reports say Lieutenant Mikiah Kelman has fled the war zone after the murder of his superior officer.
While Mikiah plays a large role in the overall story he is only shown briefly.
This face is going to be a heavy burden... I wouldn't trust it to anyone else in the world...
Don't get used to it! Glory City's a no vehicle city! I only get away with this thing because there's nothing to hit but blanks out here!
