Project Overview
Chaotic Classroom is a French-American animated series following the character Xeke Carter whose been moving around the southern coast with his family thanks to his mother’s career. In the new small town of Trinity Bay, Louisiana he is introduced to Linden, Iris, and Reggie. As they all go through the challenges of life, the story gets a lot deeper. We are introduced to the IGC (International Governmental Connection), a secret organization ran underneath the town of Trinity Bay as a cover up for the experiments and entities they create underneath the surface of the town. The people in charge of this organization call them the Victors, a group of people willing to change history for their own personal gain.

Mr. Jones is a teacher at Trinity Bay High School, he can be seen as a father figure towards Xeke giving him advice and such.

Iris is one of the science geeks who takes her experiments to an extreme level. She is really into conspiracy theories and believes aliens is the true answer for the entities in town rather than the organization underneath the school.

Mr. Victorious is the Principal of Trinity Bay High and overarching antagonist. Despite acting like a normal snobby principal, he's secretly the leader or the Victors, controlling Trinity Bay from the inside being involved in every business, and every function to happen in the small town. He has the ability to manipulate his face into different shapes so that no one would suspect.
