Promotional artists draw art about the characters in a current story the team is making and it will be included in posts to promote the story.

Background artists draw backgrounds for certain scenes.

You need to draw layers in one background to make sure the scene looks more realistic.

Prop artists make props that's not in Gacha Club to make the scene look more realistic with a variation of objects the characters will be interacting.

You need to make props that looks similar to Gacha Club style to not make it look out of place

Storyboard artists will draw/sketch how the scene will look like and the character's actions according to the script. It is usually done before the animation process so it is important. 

You can show any storyboards you've done in the past 

Animators need to animate the characters according to the storyboard and lip sync(depends).

You can send any scenes or characters you've animated. Any animation program is acceptable just make sure it's smooth and have no watermarks.

Video editors will stitch the animated scenes together and make sure there's no clipping or weird glitches/errors. They also will add sound effects/filters to make the video more appealing.

You can send any of your edited videos and any editing programs are accepted as long as there's no watermarks.

Music composer in this series will probably only make background music but they will also make music for title/end screen soon.

You can send any music you've made and any music program is acceptable
