Camp Castaway — Minecraft-Based Game Show (Looking for Editors)
Project Overview
NOTICE: Project page will be updated with additional information over the course of the project.
Camp Castaway is a Minecraft-based, reality web-series experience where 13 players will be stranded on an island and given a single goal; be the last player standing. Divided into two teams, they'll compete in challenges against and with each other for the chance of winning immunity. The losing team will then head to elimination, where they'll be forced to eliminate one of their own. This will continue until only one player is left standing.
CC Entertainment™ is looking for volunteer editing work to help bring the series to life. Back in November, a house flood rendered most of our current progress invalid, requiring us to restart production. We're looking for experienced editors hoping to expand their portfolio.
NOTE: This project, as of now, is unpaid. Happy to workout a potential payment plan for helping on the project, though I guess keep in mind anything I pay will be coming out of my own pocket and it likely won't be much.
APPLICANTS MUST...
Provide either a portfolio / demo reel of prior editing work, or a demonstration of current capability with an editing software.
Pass an editing assignment testing your ability to turn in a satisfying result under a certain amount of time.
LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Are able to use Discord for ease of future communication / meetings.
Be able to reply to messages on a consistent / regular basis, and listen / understand any form of constructive feedback given to their work.
Must be a minimum age of 18 or older.

Looking for additional video editors. Their job would entail the following:
- Active communication with the project director for the sake of consistency.
- Cutting, trimming, and organizing clips to tell a story.
- Adding music, sound effects, voiceovers, etc. to a scene for the sake of stronger flow.
- Syncing audio with visuals.
