Call for Audio/Video Editor for YouTube/Insta Channel!

Hello! I'm looking for an Audio/Video Editor, as well as someone to make custom thumbnails for the covers/projects for my channel!

I'm a fairly small cover/fandub YouTuber and Instagramer, and I've been mostly working solo with the exception of a few thumbnail artists and people I've vocally coalbed with.
However, something I've struggled with is audio mixing as well as comic dub editing. I can do it, but it does limit my project potential due to not having the skills needed to even make an instrumental, or edit a comic together due to me just not quite knowing what I'm doing with editing yet. If you're able to do vocal removal, this is also very needed for a lot of fandubs I want to be able to make.
This role will be long term, with requests for editing coming in pretty frequently. This will be unpaid, but you will be credited in the description of any video you work on with any sort of name you want.
The exact same applies to the thumbnail artist. You'll be working in a variety of art styles, but the due dates for each thumbnail are pretty lenient. Usually around a week to 2 weeks, although it does depend depending on the complexity of thumbnail.
There can also be multiple people chosen for each role, so know there might be several of you chosen.
I want to be able to show mine and other's talent's to the world.

Video Editor
For this, I need you to be able to have some level of comic dub editing experience or at least knowledge. Preferably pretty decent knowledge, as this is for when I'm not able to edit a comic myself. This will also be for projects where I need audio slotted in certain places to a video.

For this, I need you to be able to have some level of vocal remover/editing experience or at least knowledge. Preferably pretty decent knowledge, as this is for when I have a scene where I need the vocals removed from them so editing can be done. This will also be for projects where I need audio slotted in certain places to a video.
