Hello! Welcome to the project C.A.P! This is a Gacha Club voice acted film. The script is roughly planned out (as in what scenes, not dialogue).
There is no specific age limit! Just be sure you can fit within the ages of the characters.
Looking for people who aren’t afraid to express emotions, true or not.
Little to no background noise! If you don’t have a mic, just be sure to be in a quiet environment.
If you have it, it’s preferred you share your discord in your audition! However, if not I don't mind :)
WHAT C.A.P IS ABOUT:
C.A.P (also known as confident, attractive, popular) has a very similar concept to Mean Girls. An ordinary girl at school, Nevada, tries surviving high school in Springfield; a small town near Illinois. The highschool is made up from cliques. Cheerleaders, jocks, blah blah blah…all the classic stuff. Then, the CAPs. The top of the school. Everyone admires them. There’s four of them, Avenely, Elias, Katrin, and Bryan. When Nevada is invited to hang out with them for the week, what happens?

Main Character/Protagonist.
Nevada is a normal girl in Springfield High, just trying to make it through the school day. Well, that's until she meets the CAPs, who turn her into a heartless person. She is also 16 years old.
Looking for someone with a mature voice who can easily switch up emotions. Preferably a good microphone, but if not, then just a clear, loud voice will do.
Tone: Medium-Low

The “hottest” member of the CAPs (as often described by the ladies). He unknowingly has a scholarship and is trying to earn money for his family, however he covers it up by hanging out with a bunch of rich kids.
Needs someone with a low, deep voice with a lot of emotion. Show examples of soft sobbing when auditioning if you can.

Avenely is the leader of the CAPs. She seems sweet on the outside, but purely menacing on the inside. Sort of like sour patch kids! She can turn any compliment into an insult and will ruin your life if you mess with her.
Needs someone with a sweet, catfishing-ish voice who can showcase a dark side.

Did you see that girls' lipstick shade? Augh, it's so not her colour! If she really wants to look good, then she should ask a professional. Like us. Not her Grandma! (Laughs)

Hah! So what are you gonna do, then? Expose me? Good luck. Remember, Springfield is made up of cliques. The cliques here mean stereotypes. I'm blonde and-you're not.
Avenely’s best friend within the CAPs. She is heavily inspired by Avenely as they go way back, sometimes she may go as far to copying her! But that stopped a long time ago…She is easily victimised and gaslighted, making her an easy target for Avenely.

The final member of the CAPs. He is the average jock guy who is the captain of the football team. He’s even dating a cheerleader! However, many new people mistake him to be gay due to the way he acts as a joke…He and Elias are best buddies since they were in CAP so they help eachother with everything. Even when times get hard.

The little sister of Elias. She is only 7, and is still an innocent girl. She doesn’t think their poor, god bless she thinks their rich.
Needs a young, naive voice. Showcase crying, laughing and gasping in the audition.

Elias, Elias, look! Lucy got this for me! We should get her something in return! Maybe we can give her this ice cream cart. I stole mommy's phone and checked on eBay! And...guess what? It's only $69!

She isn’t a member of the CAPs, but is somehow related to them! She is Bryan’s girlfriend who is the captain of the cheer team.
Has very similar characteristics and voice to Avenely, but doesn’t have a darkside.

One of Nevada’s friends. She only joined Springfield last year so she struggles to fit in. She is Korean, so if you know Korean go ahead and add it in (with a translation) your audition! If not, no worries. She also has social anxiety and is very introverted.

Nevada’s closest friend. She is the most loyal and the most trustworthy. She always tries sticking up for Nevada even when she’s scared. She feels very betrayed when Nevada leaves for the CAPs.

Literally random characters in school. Custom audition lines are recommended and gives you a higher chance of getting the role. This is also a shared role for both genders.
