Butterflies Episode 1: Rudies needs some translations

Project Overview

Yo. Back again. I've been approved for development on Nintendo Switch and I'd like to get a set of translations for the games I'm intending to release there, namely Butterflies Episode 1: Rudies and Episode 2: Getting Up. I'll also be pushing PC and, if possible, mobile updates. Note that the project video is for Episode 2, which I'm intending to have translated at a later date.

I was hoping CCC had dedicated translator roles, but it turned out the site didn't, so I fell back on writer roles. If this project is inappropriate for CCC, I'll be sure to take it down as soon as I can.

Translation notes will be provided privately. I'll also look for fonts. Do please note that your work might not end up in the game if I can't find appropriate fonts. You will still be paid the full amount.

  • Closing the project until further notice

My housing benefits were cut off. Unbeknownst to me, I was on housing benefits for my *previous* flat, meaning the benefits I'd been getting had been illegitimate for seven months which I'll have to pay back, even if I get new benefits for my current flat. That's some €3000 which I don't have. It *might* be because of a bug in the website, but even if I'm within my rights, that won't make the processing any quicker. All this to say, I'll need all the money I can get right now, and this also puts Switch versions out of reach. As such, there's very little point to having translations made anymore. I'm putting the entire thing on hold until I have proper money. I apologise to everybody who auditioned. I'll be keeping the project unlisted for now.

Tricks give you points, Power, and usually additional air time. With proper timing, you can even chain them in the air.
Jump while holding [DASH] to perform a Lv.1 trick.
Do that at high enough Power to perform a Lv. 2 trick.
Finally, at max Power, press [DASH] during a trick to perform a Lv. 3 trick.
