    Joaquin is a talented voice actor who submitted multiple auditions for a project I was casting. But that's not how he first came to my attention. Instead, he politely inquired if I wanted my casting call to be shared with Spanish-speaking VA groups.

    While he has a good voice, what made him great to work with was that friendly initiative and helpfulness. He delivered his lines quickly, always responded to messages from production, and was enthusiastic about the project.

    All of these soft skills are invaluable to a producer. And so was Joaquin. I'd work with him again. I'd recommend anyone hire him.
