Blackbear's Restaurant Simulator

Blackbear's Restaurant Simulator

Project Overview

This game is based on one of my childhood characters, Blackbear. The idea behind this game is that Blackbear's father, DA, owns his own fairly successful restaurant but isn't bothering to begin franchising. Blackbear needs to take this into his own hands and begin his own restaurant.

I was originally gonna do the voice for Blackbear, but then I realized that my British voice is awful, so here I am.

where I put the accent, there wasn't a direct option for a British accent, so I figured I'd put it here.

  • Here's the deal, my father owns a restaurant that is fairly successful. But he's too chicken to begin franchising and opening more locations. So until he stops being a massive coward, I'll begin my own location. I'll walk you through the basics.

  • To get started, get some tables, chairs, and decorations.

Great, next up we need to expand. After all, we can't just run a restaurant with only a dining room. Click to the left to see where a potential room can be. Every restaurant needs a kitchen, so get that. You can re-decorate this room later.

Excellent. Now lastly, we need employees. For now, just get a chef and waiter for 100$ each.

Good job, now when you're ready to open, just exit enter the office to the right side of the building.

  • Congratulations on opening the restaurant. So, you are gonna keep your restaurant open for 7 hours a day, from 11 AM to 6 PM. You do not need to do much while you're in the office. The only things you have to worry about is employee satisfaction and the secret tunnels. If the employees aren't satisfied with their job, then they may quit on the spot. Giving them a promotion increases their satisfaction by two bars but also costs 30$. Giving them some inspirational words increases their satisfaction by one bar. If their bar is empty, then they are going to quit.

Then the secret tunnels. There seems to be have been some sort of infestation in these tunnels that also happen to be attached to the office. To ward off any creatures, just lock the doors. But don't keep the doors locked for too long, as you may lose oxygen and your power may run out. Did I mention that your doors and some other things use energy? well now you know.

Good luck champ, I believe in you.
