You were the greatest thing I have ever created. My only regret was that I was not strong enough for you, that I could not guide you better, that I could not protect you. No other shall replace you. The Aesir will never forget you. I will never forget you. May you drink heavy and sleep deeply.
Look at them all. Laughing, drinking, and sharing stories. *drink up turned* Screw them all.
*shouting* My fires would have no reason to be stoked had you listened. I told you that this would be a worse harvest. That we needed to change five winters ago. I have come to you time and time again to try and give guidance to you, but you’re such a doddering old fool that fails to listen. It’s your fault that Edvard died, as it was with Eivor, Astrid, Sigrid, Gunnar, and many others. I could list them all but we would be here all day as you are soaked in the blood of your own people. You have failed us. Most of you here have lost someone and it is his fault! How much longer are we going to continue to allow the blind to lead us? He is stuck so far rooted in the past he cannot see the future. More so it seems he denies its very existence. I call a vote of no confidence!

We mourn then we rage.
It’s Ymir’s fault for all of this. You warned him of the weakening harvests and how the winters would be harsher. You have warned him time and time again.
I never saw you as a spineless coward, Odd.
Vili the secondary lead in the story brother to Odd.

Odd… I am sorry brother.
*Shouting* That is enough. All of you can save this bickering and arguing for another day. A boy has died. Not a man. A boy, taken before his time. He did not get to live his life so it is up to us to embody his spirit to have him live on in us. And I must ask, is this how you think Edvard would want us? On the celebration of his life to try and start fighting with one another? Think, all of you sit for a moment and just think about why we are all here.
Without his leadership we all would have died when Muspelheim attacked. He got us through it and will see us through this.

*Laughing* The conquest of the goat lord, he said that he was going to rid us of the Northmen.
Vili is right we should be coming together not be tearing each other apart, thinking fondly of the boy. When I think of Edvard the first thought that runs through my head is when I was ill last winter the boy stayed by my side whenever he and his father would visit, the boy tried his best to help treat me. Anything he could do he did with a smile on his face always wanting to help.
We’re gonna haul them straight to Ymir, I am done with this trying to make peace. The northmen don’t want it.

*Laughing* Aye, it was the same day he had led the goats out on, ah what was it he called it?
Can we not spare the talk of such a thing for one night we are here to honor and remember Edvard. Not bemoan our own ill fortunes and talk of war.
Frigg shall we take Odd to get some air.

Loki Aye. And you as well Vili We should have met again through better circumstances. But none the less it is good to see you three.
As always lady Idun you are correct. Allow me to regale you with my favorite story of Edvard. He,Odd, and I went in search of Gullinbursti.
*Hushed* He is right, this will be the last day we will make a memory with him.

You are drunk, go calm your mind.
That would be best. Show yourself again when you have quelled your fires.
The only savage I see before me is you, you who has dragged blood soaked corpses before me, before your people. So I say again leave.

Will we ever reach peace with the northmen?
When will I get my own sword?
I know you will but I want to help.
You believe you seek change. But really you wish for power. For control. For domination.
You seek more than you know.
Indeed I did. I saw that this was the course you will try as I did, and will fail as I did. Fate is not something that one can change once set in motion. Bathe yourself within the water and you will have set your fate, You will have become the beginning and the end.
Extra role
I tire of all this waiting.
Intruders! To arms! To arms.
You think you will survive?
Each day that comes closer we get closer to the death of the Aesir.
No hold your ground!
On the horizon.
I think not, had I known the Aesir had such women I would have come even sooner don’t you agree brother?
The mouth on this one brother I think I like her more. I must know the names of my new love.
You Aesir wench you will pay for bloodying me.
With one such as her, I would have many times over.
You will pray you did.
I have no words for you if you wish to kill me then do it.
the Aesir have spilled our blood and killed our people. They have brought war upon our land so we shall respond in kind. For our fallen we shall avenge them by wiping each and every one of the Aesir from the face of the land.
The time has come we shall run these Aesir dogs off the land and into the beyond they shall fall before us.
I will take more than just that as a prize.
