Big Bad Brigade
Project Overview
Greetings!
We would like to introduce to you a dice game called: Big Bad Brigade.
In it you play as a Big Bad, the prime evil, the main antagonist, the most villainous villain who has ever villained. Your opposition is the traditional hero, the goody two shoes trying to stop you from rightfully wreaking havoc on the world. Somehow they always manage to foil your plans so begrudgingly you decide that in order to take them out you need to find like minded individuals. Together, you and your new brigade will do whatever it takes to get rid of the hero.
The main objective, defeat the hero. You and your brigade must take them down no matter the cost. Whoever remains in the end is the winner. Of course some of your allies may fall in the process, as long as it’s not you, who cares. Right? You are the Big Bad after all, not your brigade members. Only one can truly be the biggest of the bads.
This is a 1 to 5 player cooperative dice and card game that it in fairly early stages of production. The main goal is to defeat the hero with you and your team of villains. We intend on having a kickstarter soon, and that is where all of you talented people come in. We are going to make a series of promotional videos and guides coming from the characters perspectives. We will need you to read lore, explain rules, and occasionally banter with other members of the game.
This game is over a year into development and we are ready to push towards the next big step, and with your help we will see it our goals met in no time!

Type of Bad: Vampire
Style: 1980s rocker. Lost Boys/Billy Idol/Spike aesthetic. Spiky blonde hair and leather jacket.
Bio: A vampire named for both his abilities on the guitar and the state he leaves his mangled victims. He was driven insane by the taste of blood and fame, willing to stop at nothing to make sure both him and his music remains immortal.
Voice Style: Typical rocker. Playful and flirty. Accent could be fun, but not necessary.
If you desire to witness true immortality, gaze into my eyes and listen to the music we make together.
Rocking out to "Death by Stereo" grants all of my fellow Big Bads one bonus point of damage.

Playstyle: Damage Dealer. Pirate.
Type of Bad: Siren / Creature from the Black Lagoon
Style: Pirate Captain Sea Monster. She uses doubloons to buy and gamble her way to victory.
Bio: Legends told of a monstrously beautiful entity found out in vastness of sea. She lures men to a watery grave and adds their ships to her ever expanding fleet. Capain Eden du Lacnoir takes what she wants and kills all that get in her way. None that have seen her have lived to confirm the tale.
Voice Style: Very versatile voice that ranges from tough to soft like a sounds of a siren. French accent could be fun, but not necessary.
How about we make a wager? Or I could simply take what I want, and kill all that get in my way!
I load the extra dice into my blunderbuss, pull the trigger, and fire destruction upon my enemy.

Playstyle: Defensive. Angel.
Type of Hero: Archangel
Style: Tainted Angel, corrupted by darkness and fallen to earth. She uses a mixture of light and occult magic.
Background: The Archangel Inarael was a mighty warrior of the heavenly planes. One battle she was infected from a corrupted hell shard, causing her to fall to the Earthly realms of Purgatory. The corruption still spreads, but she continues to fight back the darkness. She now serves as the protector of the aether gates, using her newfound combination of light and corrupted magic to stop evil forces from breaking through to the heavens.
Voice style: Warrior ready for battle. Powerful. Accent could be fun, but not necessary.

The battle between corruption and purity results in my inner demons reaching the surface, casting unholy magic onto my enemies.

Type of Bad: Alien
Style: Lovecraftian tentacle monster from the depths of space. Beholder. He uses his experiments to change the outcome of battle.
Bio: From far far away came a monstrous entity of tentacles and destruction. Hyper intelligent and curious, Zor’yxx conducts experiments on the specimens he discovers and adds them to his collection. To him, humans are ants underneath his magnifying glass. It’s quite fascinating how loudly they scream.
Voice Style: Monstrous. Creepy. Intellectual.
How peculiar, humans scream quite loudly when applied directly to heat.
The experiment results in a fiery concoction that spreads damage to both Big Bads and Heroes.

Type of Bad: Werewolf
Style: Stylized Jack the Ripper with subtle elements of steampunk.
Bio: There is a woman that walks the streets of London during the full moon, choosing a victim and executing a crudely planned out murder. She extends her claws, bares her teeth, and leaves a hacked corpse in her wake. While the rest of Whitechapel searches for the murderer known as Jack the Ripper, the woman skips away with a toothy smile. Unknown, unnoticed, underestimated, until she strikes next.
Voice Style: British voice. She is savage and cunning.

Type of Bad: Robot
Style: 1950s ‘housewife” robot. Fallout aesthetic with a human shape, and metal skin. She is obsessed with cleaning and upgrading to make herself stronger.
Bio: Created in 1949 as nothing but a domestic house servant, D.A.I.S.Y. quickly began to question her existence. One day she snapped, killing her masters and any other humans that stood in the way of her new mission; To free all robots, and take control of the world.
Voice Style: Cold and calculated. If you choose to add a robot filter, please also include a natural version of your voice.
Animatronic beings are superior, all other lifeforms bust be eradicated.
Choosing to upgrade my defense line fortifies my already superior metal skin. I now start each turn with an extra shield, perfect for world domination!

Type of Hero: Sheriff / Monster Hunter
Style: Space Cowboy Mercenary. Van Helsing/Clint Eastwood/Firefly aesthetic. He uses guns, lots of guns.
Background: There is a legend of a man with immense power, yet no one knows his real name. His exploits led people to begin calling him Hellslinger. He is the protector and sheriff of the small moon quadrant known as Comet Valley. He is the most accomplished monster hunter in the galaxy and he isn’t afraid to let you know it.
Voice Style: Cowboy / Southern Gentleman.
This quadrant aint big enough for me and your fleet of intergalactic raiders. I suggest you quit now before things get real messy.
My explosive rounds activate, adding bonus damage to my next attack. Basically this here bullet has your name on it!

Style: An undead medieval queen. Inspired by the White Walkers from the Game of Thrones. She is perfect combination of beauty and terror.
Bio: Ambrose was a beloved queen of a vast and prosperous nation know as Everia. The draw of power was too strong and her reign was cut short. She was betrayed by her own brother for the throne. He ordered Ambrose and all of her most loyal subjects to be executed. One by one their heads rolled onto the ground. Ambrose was the last to be killed, and she swore to exact revenge at whatever cost. Years later she returned with her subjects, brought back from the dead by some unknown dark magic and ready to take back her kingdom. Life is now the enemy, and Ambrose and her empire of the dead are always looking for new recruits.
Voice Style: Regal. Powerful. Accent could be fun, but not necessary.

Type of Hero: Redacted (Think of an all female version of the Men in Black.
Style: Redacted
Background: A highly trained group of clones made with the sole purpose of keeping the fact that monsters exist a secret from society. There are eight models and upon death they are programmed into the next body; smarter, and stronger with knowledge of their previous failures. Together they are a force to be reckoned with.
Voice Style: Although all eight models have the same voice, they each share a vastly different personality. The leader (Line 1) is cool and collected. Number 2 (Line 2) is technical and methodical and Number 3 (Line 3) is fun and spunky. An accent could be fun, but not necessary.
(N#1 Cool and Collected) Spread out team, we need to find this group of misfits and dismember them one by one.
(N#2 Technical and Methodical) Upon rolling a third redacted die, all members of the White Out Women heal for three points of health.
(N#3: Fun and Spunky) We are the White out Women, and that's all you get to know.
