Bendy Ink Machine Animation
Project Overview
I am making an animation based on Bendy and the Ink Machine and am in need of talented voice actors! (Check out my video on YouTube to get a sense of my style and abilities!)

A little bit about Bendy and the Ink Machine:
Bendy and the Ink Machine is a story set from 1920s-1940s about Joey Drew and his cursed studio of his ink cartoons come to life. Think Disney gone wrong! It's a fun, exciting story filled with chaotic, unique characters, some of them good, some of them bad, and some of them gone insane.
Short Instructions:
1. Find the role or roles you'd like to audition for and record the lines.
2. (this one is important!) please list your discord or instagram with your audition OR follow me on casting call so I can message you if I need to!
3. Have fun and submit!
More information:
1. Auditioning - You don't need to slate, just get right to the lines! Please don't use any voice effects or filters for your audition. Because the story is set in 1920s-1940s, feel free to try a mid-atlantic accent if you want to or can (the accent actors used to use in old movies).
2. Requirements - I only ask that you are over 13 years old.
3. Payment - I make these videos for fun and don't get paid, so, unfortunately, I can't pay the voice actors. HOWEVER, this is a very low-stress, fun experience that gives you chance to work on your acting and have an audience!
4. Credit - You will be credited in the video and I am happy to link any voice-acting related social media in the description of the video.
5. Casting - Once casted, I will send you a script and you can send me your lines through (preferably) discord. I like to give some direction to the larger, more complex roles through audio calls on discord (it helps the process go faster).
Thank you so much for auditioning and have fun!
**There are some minor roles I have not listed in the audition. So, if I'm unable to use you in one of the roles listed, don't get discouraged, because I might still like to have you for one of these smaller roles!

Hi everyone, thank you all SO much for auditioning! This was really tough for me. There were so many good auditions and so many good actors. Everyone did a great job! Thank you again, and if I wasn't able to use you this time, please audition again in the future, I truly did love everyone's audition and am sad I wasn't able to use everybody.
(This particular depiction of Joey Drew will be much earlier in his life than the old Joey that we see at the end of the game. So please read for him in a younger, middle-aged voice.)
Joey Drew is a bigger than life character and he lets everyone around him know it. He is a lovable, charismatic optimist. You can't help but like him. But look a little closer and you might see through the facade to find the manipulative, greedy, and selfish Joey Drew who is willing to sacrifice anything for the sake of his horrific wishes, including his own employees.
Henry! Golly, I wasn’t expecting you for another hour yet. Now you’re just trying to impress me.
There’s nothing wrong with dreaming, I oughta know. I started out with nothing but a pencil and a dream! … Okay, let’s stop there. Christ, I can only do so many takes of this trash a day.
Henry is a soft-spoken, reserved man that doesn't express much emotion. He is good-natured and punctual, giving the impression of purity and courage in the midst of Joey's dark world in the studio.
Alright, Joey. I’m here. Let’s see if we can find what you wanted me to see.
Joey is a man of ideas. And only ideas. I thought there would be a little more give and take. Instead I give. And he takes. I haven’t seen Linda for days now…
Buddy is the perfect description of a good hearted rule-follower. He works hard to support his single mother and feels immense guilt for minor crimes (often committed for good reason or not at all). He sees the best in everyone, refusing to see the bad in Mister Drew until the very end. He is also known to get scared easily.
What? No, it’s nothing, Mister Drew. It’s just… well, you know. People say things. Uh… not really anyone, actually. No one really says anything. Don’t know why I said that.
I see that smile everywhere. In the dark. Around a corner. In my dreams. That little devil darling. I can’t escape it.
Sammy always seems to be stressed and confrontational, never seeming to fully compose his frustrations. When not angry with the many distractions of the studio, is is blunt and sarcastic. He respects no one but Bendy, whom he worships with a frightening passion.
THIS is the sheet music closet. And THIS is the ink that shouldn’t be there, okay? He installs the machine. Then it starts to leak. Just swell. More distractions.
Sheep sheep sheep it’s time for sleep… I hear him. I feel him. Why please a man when you can please a god?
Dot is a very serious and direct young woman with a goal in mind to find out all the secrets of the studio. She won't tolerate being lied to and always seems to know what you're thinking before you can even say it.
I feel something in my gut and it doesn’t feel right. I need to understand it better, this big project Mister Drew’s working on. Why does he do it in secret?
Allison is a caring, beautiful, likable young woman who genuinely loves the character of Alice Angel. She is a hard worker and nice to everyone she bumps into or meets.
Susie dreams of making it big with her voice acting for Alice Angel. While at first being naive, after being tricked by Joey, she becomes much more cold, egotistical, and evil.
I'm Allison, which is funny, right? Allison. Alice. It's so close, see?
Did you really think I’d let you go?! No, Henry. I know who you are and WHY you’re here. And you will not stop what needs to be done.
Thomas is a disgruntled, ill-tempered, no-nonsense repairman with trust issues. However, deep inside, he is often brooding and a little nervous.
It’s MISTER Connor. We’re not friends. And you’ll give me the respect I deserve. What’s the matter, Mr. Lawrence? Not used to giving someone like me respect?
This is just extra if I can find someone to voice a cartoon Bendy! I'm looking for someone that sounds like DAGames (to hear their take on bendy, they speak lines in the songs "gospel of dismay" and "i am me").
You're the conductor of this performance now Henry
You turned on this machine
Now you have to believe
Same as Bendy, just an extra little roll. A high pitched, cartoony voice like you hear in the bendy cartoons/game when she's not evil.
I'm Alice Angel!
Golly, I hope this works!
