The royal family, rulers of Mestonia, are loved far and wide. Other kingdoms look up to, and admire their dedication for their civilians. When Dahlia Aylmere’s parents disappear mysteriously, she is left alone young. The queen takes it upon herself to raise the girl, but not as her child, as a maid. The girl cooks and cleans for the family, never forgetting her past, and how things could have been different. She tries her best to fit in among the staff, but this lifestyle is a lot for a girl so young. However, this is just the beginning. The kingdom of Mestonia has been struck with a Great Depression. In hopes of recovering the economy of this kingdom, Queen Cerelia decides to arrange her son, Hayden, to marry the princess of a wealthy kingdom. With a wedding on the way, an engagement party is thrown for everyone far and wide to attend. It almost seems like the kingdom will be back on it's feet in no time. Though, that is not the case. Tragedy soon strikes, leaving the royal family in shock. Deception lurks in those least expected. Who can you trust?

Blake’s parents have worked for the royal family for years, they even met within the palace. The palace and protecting the family is all he knows. He enjoys literature, and stargazing, he thinks that Dahlia would be a perfect campanian to do said interests with.
(anxious) “Your majesty, we really should be getting back to the castle..”
(casually) “I don’t really mind the night shifts. Gives me time to think..you should join me sometime, we could watch the stars.”
(begrudging) “Alright Dahlia, but if they get my ass for this I’m blaming you.”
