Harrison Bulman
Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department, Jim is one of Batman’s greatest allies, and is one of the people able to tell the difference between the two Batmen that have fought for Gotham. This experienced cop is almost always seen with a pipe or a cigarette in hand or mouth, and while being one of the more experienced crime fighters, he has never worn a mask or tights.
Jim has a very gruff and demanding tone, that takes no nonsense. While strict, he does have a softer side for his family, friends and loved ones.

Luke, it’s Gordon. I wanted to talk to you about the most recent Wayne Tech shipment you sent us.
I know what you’re doing, and I can respect it. With everything with your father and Bruce, you have massive shoes to fill. And you’ve been a big help to Gotham, going above and beyond anyone’s expectations. Heck, you’re practically the new CEO of Wayne Enterprises now. I just think you’re getting too ambitious.
