He is Batman's loyal butler and assistant who helps him complete his missions. He took care of Bruce Wayne when he was a child after his parents were killed. Pennyworth gives Batman all the information he needs and the location where villains are held at. He has a British accent.

A heavy drinking alcoholic, clearly unhappy. He never smiles, mostly numb to everything. Not charming, not boastful, not talkative...just a pissed off guy that kills for money and hates himself.
His wife shot out his eye during a fight...since her death he spends his "off time" from the costume picking up strippers from clubs and inviting them to his island house on the water...for (light) conversation only.
In costume he assassinates rich Gothamites that were donating all their wealth to a specific charity to clean up Gotham...on the orders of the new Mafia Kingpin Conrad Hilton...Conrad is working with the new Mayor to divert those funds.
"Ikon Suit" - Deathstroke's helmet and armor are lined with Kevlar and later promethium mesh, making it incredibly resistant to conventional injury.
Due to receiving a serum during a military enhancement procedure, Slade Wilson's physiology was changed permanently. First, the procedure crippled his mind and body. Then, the experiment rebuilt his physical and mental faculties further than a human could process or build. These enhancements make Deathstroke at the low levels of superhuman conditioning...but the effects are wearing out.
