Backup Narrator Audition - The Elements Within
Project Overview

The Elements Within is project has been happening for a while, but it is time that I’m looking for another narrator for backup and is willing to join the team. (You may be called to do some recent chapters hoping to switch back-and-forth between two narrators.)
The Elements Within is a book series that I made back in 2020 and is also currently and still writing till this day with book 3 of Arc one nearly done but not voice acted yet.
It tells the story of four guardians taken from the spirit world and born on earth as cats (human perspective is overrated). Now fully grown they are called to go on an adventure to get rid of a villain that has somehow collected their DNA and is trying to kill them off for good. They have never met each other but now are forced to come together and there’s tons of problems that go along way.
Here are some of the requirements you will need if you are hoping to join
Requirements
-Must have a Discord (please put this in your audition where you write your description. I will not be able to contact you if you don’t put it down.)
-Must be wanting to stay long-term (we have more books than just one)
-Must be comfortable with going in recording sessions on call (most actors do lines on call or in groups)
-Not be scared to try new things in voice acting (I was once a young voice actor too. I know ways of helping with techniques)
-Must be willing to work in a group

We are looking for a male narrator, but female can also work too. Any gender is welcome to tryout. We are looking for a calm voice no crazy voice just go with your own. Feel free to repeat the tryout line as much as you please. Please just give five seconds of silence at the beginning.

He walked into his burrow. It wasn’t organised the way that he would have liked it to be, but he managed. It was mostly empty. There was a small pile of plants on the right side of the entrance as he walked in. It was dark in the burrow except for a small amount of daylight creeping in.
Panic flowed through him as he swam deeper and deeper into the water. He couldn’t shake that thought. Suddenly, Sapphire appeared ahead, sinking into the depths of the dark, icy water. She wasn’t moving. Tide swam over to her as quickly as he could, gripping her scruff in his jaw, taking big strides as he swam to the surface.
Something moved and caught Tide’s attention. He turned to look and saw Sapphire, who was now standing at the entrance of the other burrow. She was staring directly at him. He narrowed his eyes at her
