Attack on Titan: Motion Manga Dub Film (Vol.1)

Project Overview

As a disclaimer, I've never read this manga before or seen the anime. However, it seemed like an interesting story to adapt into an animated manga dub series. So I decided to do a film of volume 1 to start the series off.

Warning: The following film will be rated Mature due to it's horror-related themes. If you are uncomfortable with this, please do not audition.


I'll be looking for good audio and good acting. The similarities to the anime doesn't really matter to me, so don't try to do impressions. The characterization of your performance is the important part.

Eren Jaeger , Erwin Smith, Armin Arlert, and Mikasa Ackerman have been casted.


I'll divide the film into 4 scripts , one for each chapter. Then edit it all together towards the end.

Side note: Please only audition if you feel you have time to record lines.

Throughout the film, there some characters that , as the title suggests, comment on the events that are going on. These characters are very important, because they help bring the audience in on what everyday people are thinking. I will cast multiple people (Male and Female).

  • This is horrible, we'll all be crushed. I can't believe they expect our men and women to fight something they can't beat. Out of the way! I'm getting on the ship! To think they could have lived peaceful lives...

He's a pretty laid-back guy who feels responsible for looking after Eren and Mikasa after Eren's mother dies. He's got a strong-muscular built guy who used to be the leader of a squad - Garrison. Only fault is his lack of control when drinking. Important role in this film. Has quite a few lines.

  • Hey, why are you crying Eren? (drunken)

  • So what are you two up to anyway?

  • The reason you couldn't protect your mother was because you lacked the strength....the reason I couldn't attack the Titan was because I lacked the courage!!
