Noel is now open to more voice types!
I have opened up the role Noel to altos and mezzos!
At The End Of It All is an original musical following three different couples in a dystopian apocalyptic future where a corporation made a chip that mimics the chemicals in your brain that makes happiness, using it to control the population. However, factions of rebels work to free people from the chip by removing it, but as the corporation works on a bio-chip that can't removed, they have to attack the corporation from the inside.
I am flexible about voice type for the characters; the songs are open to be rearranged for the right voice actor!
Please have your spoken lines and a song in the same file. You can do up to 3 takes of the lines AAABBB and a minimum of a verse and chorus of the song.
I'm looking for good quality audio with no background noise. Please include your Discord in your submission.
Any questions can be sent through DM here or #impravidus on Discord.

(Spoken, Frustrated, Stuttered) I've been st-stuck in a loop that's set to r-r-repeat again and I c-can't get over it. (Spoken, Loving, warm) Let your guard down. Let yourself feel. Don't worry about anything else but what's now and what's here. I promise I won't run away again. I promise I'll stay.

(Spoken, Vulnerable) I'm not ready to fall in love. I'm not ready to let myself give in. I'm not prepared to give my heart away to someone I barely know. I can see it in your eyes. You don't know either. What to do, what to say, what to think.

(Spoken, Vulnerable) You make this grand gesture and I feel so much pressure from you, to love you. And I'm not saying I don't, I wouldn't, no I won't do that to you.
Aurora is the medic of her faction of the rebellion. She is in love with Fallyn, who she doesn't know is a double agent for the corporation that has control over humanity with chips that promised synthetic happiness. She starts off as lovesick and optimistic despite the dire circumstances, but when she finds out Fallyn's chip is slowly killing her, she has to deal with her grief. (Spoken, Soft) Darling, I've been hiding from the reality of what is going to happen. I'm sorry. I'm here and I won't disappear like I have before. You should know you're everything to me. You need to know I'll never let anything happen to us if I can do anything about it.
To save their sibling, Noel became the face of the corporation that has control over humanity with chips that promised synthesized happiness, willingly chipped and compliant to their will. (Spoken, Yearning) I'm not the boy I used to be. I'm weak and afraid and can't say that I'm happy or proud of who I've become. I look at who I am now and I don't recognize him at all. I wish I could tell the boy I used to be to stay and be young while he still can.
(Spoken, Argumentative) Would you rather I would have stayed? You would have died. The only thing you left was an idea of someone who was never real but you won't hear that even if you tried. I had to choose and I chose wrong.
