Ask Donkey Kong

Donkey Kong is the leader of the Bunch and the star of his Ask series. DK should sound like a 30-year-old man who's both goofy but manly voice, overwhelming positivity, and a no-shame attitude, having a dopey smile every day except for the things that do anger him, like his banana hoard being taken or his family and friends being in danger from K Rool's wrath.

Donkey Kong's nephew and best friend, the peanut popgun shooter and fan favorite Kong. Instead of him talking like his DKC cartoon counterpart, I want Diddy to sound like he's a 16-year-old teenager after his boyish voice changes.

Donkey Kong's ex-girlfriend, who became a supermodel and music teacher in Big Ape City and a single mother to Burly Kong, DK's only son. She regrets the day she was with Donkey Kong since the 90s and since then has been going steady in her life ever since.

Diddy's girlfriend, who is also a teenager also a popular kong since DKC2. She talks with a sanguine and energetic personality, and she often expresses herself in cheerful vocalizations and acrobatic mannerisms. She also loves playing the guitar

He is DK and Candy's 10-year-old son, who has his father's muscular body and his mother's hair. He's a Gen Z kid who loves Minecraft, Fortnite, and also loves bananas and weight lifting, yet most of the time he's on his tablet. He should talk like a mid-Gen Z kid who takes after his dad, Donkey Kong, while still having Candy Kong's smarts.

He is a gay kremling who commands the Blunderblast gang of kremling pirates and rivals that of Captain Skurvy, Klump's Brother. He is known to be an anti-hero pirate who fights only for treasure and not for good or evil. Which is why, if K Rool pays him to fight the Kongs, it's nothing personal; it's just business. Captain Blunderbus is loud, flamboyant, and hilariously overconfident. He’s got a wicked sense of humor and lives for shock value—especially when it comes to flatulence. Loves flirting with other pirates (even enemies mid-fight). Blasts farts like cannon shots and treats them like part of his arsenal. He calls them “wind salvos.” Despite his chaotic nature, he’s loyal to his crew and dreams of opening a gay barge-club called “The Gassy Galleon.”

General Klump's long-lost younger brother. Like all pirates, Skurvy is greedy, selfish, tough, and brave. He scours the Seven Seas, taking whatever he pleases. His career began when he robbed his own mother. He is not all bad and idolizes his great-great-great-grandpappy, Quint Skurvy, listening to tales about him told by Skurvy's father. He also holds grudges, but he has a strong sense of honor, being angered when his ancestor's hidden treasure, the Crystal Coconut, was taken from him. Kaptain Skurvy is harsher than the character version of King K. Rool from the same animated series, and almost as cruel and evil as the counterpart of the same character appearing in the Donkey Kong game series. Skurvy speaks in a pirate-y accent, though he sounds Irish and even cockney at times. He deeply despises Donkey and Diddy Kong for stealing the Crystal Coconut.

Kiddy Kong is the younger brother who appeared in DKC3 but hasn't been seen since then. Twenty-five years later, he is an adult who goes by his real name, Thomas "Tommy" Kong, no longer a kiddy, and even calls Chunky by his real name, Charlie "Chunky Charlie," as a means to tease him. He hasn't been a part of the DK Krew for years, as he's been in Big Ape City as maintenance and does prize-winning fight tournaments and streaming as well.
