🎬 Animator Role – Ashline (Episode 1 Production)

We are looking for 2D animators to help bring Ashline, a stylized indie animated series, to life.

Ashline is a character-driven 2D animated project focused on emotional storytelling, dramatic scenes, and expressive character acting. The animation style is limited and stylized (12 fps / animated on 2s), meaning strong poses and performance are more important than smooth motion.

✏️ What you will be working on:

• Short animated scenes (30 secound - 1 minute)

• Dialogue-heavy acting shots (emotional expressions, reactions, etc.)

• Key dramatic moments between characters (example: Jace and Reid confrontation scene)

• Occasional simple motion tests (walk cycles, idle animations, etc.)

🎨 Animation style:

• 2D stylized animation (not realism-focused)

• 12 fps (animated on 2s) with held frames for impact

• Pose-based, expressive motion

• Strong emphasis on character acting and silhouette clarity

• Choppy, cinematic indie animation style

💡 Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate 2D animation ability

• Understanding of timing, poses, and character acting

• Ability to work with reference/storyboards

• Willingness to collaborate and communicate

Beginners with solid fundamentals are welcome.
