Project Overview

Ascension: A Genshin Impact Isekai Fanfiction is a somewhat autobiographical fan fiction that takes place in the world of Genshin Impact. Kayla (me) has taken her own life and has awoken in Teyvet, where she has apparently been the Celestial Archon this whole time but has no memories of who she is. It's a reverse harem/adventure story with slice-of-life elements.
Chapter 8-12 summary: The Nightveil festival has come to Mondstadt and the Abyssal Archon reveals himself to Kayla. The Knights of Favonious and Diluc step in to help. Meanwhile Venti drops some unsettling news about a fellow archon.
Trigger Warnings: Because this is somewhat autobiographical, there will be mentions of mental illness/suicide, disability, religon, and there will be some smut scenes.
How to audition:
You must be at least 18+ to participate
Know the basics of audio editing
Have a discord
Your audio must have no outtakes or bloopers
You must answer all questions in the questionnaire in the cast listing
You must be willing to commit at least 6 months OR 3 project minimum
Note: While this project has spicy scenes, it is still SFW. Think of it as something you'd view on HBO or Netflix.

The Beta Reader is required to read the scripts before they are sent out to the VA. They will be meeting from time to time through VC on discord and are required to have a US timezone
Write a story 4 to 7 pages long about the Abyssal and Celestial Archons reuniting after centuries of being apart. Childe is the Abyssal Archon with slight yandere personality. Kayla is the Celestial Archon and has spent the last 29 years on Earth as a mortal.
I won’t go too much into Kayla’s backstory as that will be given to you after you are selected to be a co-writer. But what you need to know is Kayla committed suicide while on Earth. She is socially awkward but also full of anger towards her years on Earth. She has a crush on Diluc but fate brings Childe and her together. She also has no idea how to use her powers after being mortal for so long.
The prompt: After spending a few weeks in Mondstadt, Kayla is approached by the Abyssal Archon who says he can show her the powers of a true archon. The catch? Kayla has to leave Diluc, Kaeya and her friends in Mondstadt behind. What will Kayla choose?
