⟐Aquyre: Casting for backups and staff
Project Overview
Hello and welcome back to ⟐Aquyre! (pronounced like 'acquire')
This is a project run by both rei and I. We will be covering both μ's and Aqours songs in Japanese. Each vocalist will be singing as one member from each unit. This time around we're looking for a new vocalist for Maki/Mari, mixer(s), back-ups and people who can make harmony guides.
Rest of the pairs:
Honoka + You
Kotori + Chika
Hanayo + Ruby
Umi + Dia
Rin + Hanamaru
Nozomi + Kanan
Eli + Riko
Nico + Yoshiko + Yohane
Requirements:
#1 Have good audio quality and make sure there is minimal to none background noise or static.
#2 A given, but have good Japanese pronunciation. It would also be very much preferred if you're able to voice act and rap in Japanese too.
#3 Be able to meet the deadlines. We will most likely be releasing a cover per month, so you'll have about 2-3 weeks to submit vocal parts. Since we'll also be covering songs that do not include all members, the schedule should not be too tight. Extensions can be given if you ask for them, but if you're very busy and cannot meet many deadlines, you may want to reconsider joining.
#4 Have Discord (or be willing to create an account) and be active there. It'll be our main form of communication.

Here you can audition for being a full group mixer, a solo/duet/trio (basically songs with 3 or less vocals) mixer, or both. Mention in a comment which you are auditioning for.
In addition, if you're auditioning for a vocalist role too, please state if you're willing to mix even if you aren't casted. Thank you!
For full group mixers: Attach a file of or a link to a mix containing at least 9 different voices. You may not use the original LL VAs' solos for this.
For solos, duets and trio song mixers: Attach a file of or a link to a mix containing at least 3 different voices. You may not use the original LL VAs' solos for this.
Comment whether you are able to do the following:- Filter out background noise
- Time and sync vocals- Blend vocals
- Tune
- Replicate special effects
I will be assigning back-up roles based on who I think you sound most like. You will not be casted as a back-up if you have been casted for a main role.
We already have a backup for:
Rin/Hanamaru
*required* Sing 1st verse and chorus that has a character you'd like to be a backup for in a prominant role, in Japanese.
Introduce yourself! State at least your name, if you're able to rap and voice act in Japanese, and any other skills you have (mixing, animation, making harmony guides etc). Feel free to share anything else you'd like (like your best girl!!).

Maki and Mari have medium-pitched, slightly rough and nasally voices. They have a flirtatious feel to them, especially in sub-unit songs.
As their voices don't sound exactly the same. It's fine if you sound more like either of them, or sound like neither of them! A suitable voice type is what we are looking for, so please don't strain yourself trying to imitate them.
*Required* Sing 1st verse and a chorus Saitei de Saikou no Paradiso in JAPANESE
