Project Overview

      ~ Welcome To Mermaid Melody!~ 

Hello! I'm very excited to announce the new project, Mermaid Melody! We are an Aqours cover group with large ambitions! Please read on to learn more about our group~

So, what is Mermaid Melody, anyway?

Mermaid Melody is an Aqours cover group run by two Love Live fans, Sora and Lola! Their love for Aqours' music has brought them to create Mermaid Melody together!

Sounds fun! How do I audition?

Here are the necessary prerequisites for auditioning!
-To start, please have a microphone that produces decent sound quality (the lowest acceptable quality for microphones is built-in microphones on Apple devices, as they are good quality). We hope to achieve covers in which all of our members can be heard loud and clear! 
-Next, please have a Gmail account for means of communication. It's to be determined, but we've been discussing using Google Hangouts as our primary communication hub.
-Please be familiar with Love Live! Sunshine and know how to sing in Japanese and possibly in English!
-Lastly, please do not audition if you are going to be here just to troll/be inactive. We've both worked very hard to get the ball rolling for this project and we don't want the group to go inactive.

Got it! So, how active do I have to be exactly? And what if I get sick or am unable to record?

Please be as active as you can with due dates and all that jazz! If you are unable to record due to personal reasons, please talk with one of us about it and we'll give you a grace period or, if things go to extremes, get a temporary actor/actress to fill in.

Awesome! Now, how long do I have to turn in my audition? And who can I audition for? 

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the role of Hanamaru will be taken by Lola and the role of You (not you, but the character) will be taken by Sora. This group is not at all canon, but it is preferred if you audition for someone in your vocal range (ex. higher vocal range : Ruby or Chika; lower range : Dia or Yoshiko) As for the deadline, please ignore it. Casting Call Club doesn't let free members (a.k.a. me) set the project deadline past a certain date. However, we will announce a firm deadline once we figure out potential members of Mermaid Melody!
