Apocalypse In a Pantry, an Avocado Fantasy Short
Project Overview
UPDATE: To my awesome voice actors following my projects, I'm so happy to announce that I will be calling the channel Avocado Fantasy and will be referencing as that channel for now on!
Hi I'm Meng, a voice actor just like you! I've had this creative itch to make short fantasy audio stories and plan to hopefully post many on Youtube on my channel at Avocado Fantasy!

You will be given the audio file to use as a sample for your profile, credited, and a written recommendation (your website/CCC). I use to make voice over demos and have experience in audio engineering. So if you have been wanting a sample to showcase your voice, this project is just for you! You can also listen to my own demo I produced on my profile to get an idea of what I can do.
Instructions:
Please provide no more than 2 takes each line, any format. I'm not strict on adlib/improv.
USB, Condenser, or XLR Mic preferred with little echo and background noise (do not clean or edit your files! Make sure your gain is just right as I will do all the editing and cleaning on my end!).
If chosen, I will send via email my recordings of my lines to you and you will record lines on your own time using the edited audio with music and sfx as reference. You will have 2 weeks to record as I pump out videos once every other week.

Story Setting:
In this sci-fi short, Four bright college students are trapped in their university’s food pantry during a zombie outbreak. After a few months of living and being stuck on campus, the four students have already made amends that everyone they knew is probably dead and are the last 4 survivors left on this planet (maybe). We get a time skip forwards and our main characters are now thriving! A nice positive ending for our favorite zombie genre.
NO AI WILL BE USED for the scripts I write and the voices used for this project. AI will only be used for the thumbnail and background of the video, then edited with special effects by me. This is just a fun project and there is no money or plans of monetization in the future.

The youngest but the leader of the group. He is a nerd and is a very enthusiastic/idealistic person. Speaks very punctual, intellectual, and fast.

(After running from a horde of zombies, happily) Did you guys see me juke that zombie? Literally broke it's ankle hahaha!
(Group talks about starvation which reminds Pratt of an exciting idea!) Ohh that reminds me, so I have like-a ton of ideas now that we have access to the roof.
(Saying it proudly)...and once we have food, we’ll begin operation repopulation!
The biggest and strongest of the group. Despite his beefy looks, he is very shy and socially awkward. He likes weight lifting. Man of few words. Speaks slowly (not too slowly), and is a big friendly bear.
(Happily agreeing) Nice bro!
(Pratt introduces a very awkward plan in front of the ladies. George's reaction is loud and clear) OH HELL NO!
(breathing heavily after running from zombies. Pratt asks George if he was able to loot the pizza) Yep....Every...Slice!
A party girl. She is also kind and very smart and outspoken and loves to be heard. Can be typical valley girl/preppy. Also a cheerleader.
(MCs escapes Zombies and are safe) Alright let’s get cleaned up and have dinner. Donna and I will sort our loot later. I’m freakin’ starving.
(Pratt introduces a VERY awkward plan to the ladies. This isn't the first he's been socially awkward. Alisha's reaction should be very funny and loud) OMG REALLY PRATT? WHILE WERE EATING???
(Comedic scene, panicky) Donna’s choking, George pat her back!
WARNING: SLIGHT REFERENCE/JOKES ABOUT SUICIDE. Donna has a dark sense of humor. A pessimistic woman who has a negative outlook in life. Even more now that the apocalypse is happening. She has a dry sense of humour. Despite all this, she is still a good friend. Imagine Sadness from the movie Inside Out.
(As a stern warning to her BFF Alisha as Alisha tries to take her pizza slice, comedic scene) I will eat you first once we run out of food.
(After choking on her pizza and gasping for air, comedic scene) I...rather die then breed with any of you two!
(Calmed down): Yeah....being cooped up in this pantry, I can definitely use some fresh air.
