So I've been thinking about doing this for a while. There is a comic
based off the book . I would love to do audio to the book. This is my
first try to do this. I cant wait tho
Takes place in st.Lousie where Vampire and lycanthorpe are legal
citizion. raises vampires and hunts vampires and lycanthorpe that have
broken the law. She meets Jean-Claude the master of the city or he's in
control of the vampires of the city after severel vampires are murdered.
Its a great fantasy story.
Rules for Auditioning:
Recording quality WILL be a significant factor in who gets the part. I
want this production to sound as clean as possible. Puffs, hisses,
metallic tones and the like (that can’t be cleaned up) will influence
casting decisions. Please have a good mic. A pop filter would be nice,
too, if you can get your hands on one.

Anita Katerine Blake works as an Animator which means she has the power to raise the dead. This talent came to her through her mother's side of the family and she was taught how to control it by her Grandmother Flores. But as the series progresses you see that there is far more to her than this "night job". Think of her as Buffy with attitude. Anita Blake is a petite woman of mixed German and Mexican heritage with curly long hair and pale skin with scars scattered over her body. She is very direct and flippant in her speech, but is said to be highly competent in the professions she is involved in. At the start of the series, she is an animator (a person who raises zombies) and a vampire executioner. She is trained in several forms of hand-to-hand combat as well as in the use of several firearms, with her firearm of preference being the Browning Hi-Power. Blake practices Christianity and is currently of the Episcopal faith, having left Catholicism since the Catholic Church has excommunicated all animators.

Dolph Storr Stg. Rudolph Storr, known as Dolph, is a carrier police officer who was assigned to head up St. Louis' Regional Preternatural Investigation Team (RPIT) after the passege of Addison v. Clark, investigating supernatural-related crimes.
Dolph is 6' 8" and is built like a wrestler, with close cropped black hair leaving his ears bare. He has a brisk striding walk. He doesn't yell, nor does he say good-bye on the phone.
He is taciturn and businesslike, dedicated to doing his job, whatever it is and however unplesant, to the best of his ability. He is loyal to his friends, and has a teasing sense of humor, at least with those he likes.

one of Anita's friends, Catherine serves mainly as a plot point in the first few novels, as Anita is forced to attend or prepare for her bachelorette party, wedding, Halloween party, etc. She is a criminal attorney at the same firm as Monica Vespucci.

Buzz, also called Buzz The Vampire, is a recently-turned, heavily muscled vampire, undead less than twenty years, working as a bouncer and bodygaurd at master vampire Jean-Claude's strip club, Guilty Pleasures.

Willie Mccoy is a small-time hood turned vampire. The first vampire friend of Anita's, he is one of only two or three vampires Anita has known before and after being turned. Willie is dating the vampire Hannah. He manages "The Laughing Corpse" for Jean-Claude
