Project Overview

Hello there!

I’m Vee, a (somewhat) published voice actor. I do anime dubbing and voiceover on Fiverr, if that counts for anything, and I recently started a tiktok that…actually, has nothing voice acting related on it just yet. 

Anyway, I’m planning on dubbing over a few short clips (in a comedic way, as It wont be the actual script, but rather a fake script that hopefully ends up being funny)  

Continuing on, I’ll gather clips from various famous animes, and I’ll need a few other voice actors to work with because It’d be really tough to do every voice.

JUST TO CLARIFY this is not in any way a professional project and is not paid either. I do need auditioners to have a decent mic, as well as voice acting skills, though.

Most of our work (although i hate to call it that, since I want to keep this as casual as possible) will be done over discord. I will send my username and tag to whoever’s audition is accepted.

In your short audition, you can simply showcase a few anime-like voices that you’re capable of doing. Once again, those making auditions must have a decent mic to work with, as bad audio quality will not be accepted. 

And I think that’s all! Please don’t expect this project to be very professional, as I’m only making short dubbed anime clips for the tik tok platform, and I can’t guarantee by any means that they will do well.

  • Little update regarding this project!

    Hello!! Initially, I'd like to thank everyone who has auditioned for this project so far. I just wanted to announce a few things regarding the project itself: One, although clips from animes (that have a lot of potential for messing around with the script etc) have already been gathered, the actual scripts for the clips have not been finished quite yet, as I'm still trying to get some new ideas. Two: Actually, this is related to the first thing, but due to the scripts and ideas not having been fully complete just yet, recording for the clips will not start immediately after the auditions close, and the voice actors are selected. Anyway, that's about it!! Sorry for the update, but I just wanted to make sure all the auditioners were aware of this!! -Vee

The role of a secondary scriptwriter (another scriptwriter other than myself) will be a massive part of this project and must be fulfilled by someone whose scriptwriting meets these few qualifications:

- Capable of writing effective scripts with good readability (must be written in English.)

- Capable of conveying emotion and feelings through writing.

- Capable of creating/contributing to this project's scripts, as well as coming up with ideas and plots for future scripts!

Although these qualifications may sound quite demanding, all that's needed is a decent scriptwriter who can come up with creative ideas and help out with our scripts for this project!
