Project Overview
HELLO! Welcome to the Casting Call for a new animated short-film by the name of "I don't like it" If you're not sure if you want to participate, I'll give a short synopsis. It may make you leave or make you stay.
Synopsis: Charlie has been called many things. Sad, Paranoid, Psycotic, Crazy. Violent. He's spent his life trying to end it, but somehow, he's made it this far. "I don't like it" follows Charlie through his last week before he ends his life. While the story follows Charlie on his last week, it is accompanied by therapy sessions that reveal parts of his life before the suicide. Charlie slowly slips into madness as the week progresses and some very bad things are done to and done by Charlie.

Random woman Charlie meets and *SPOILERS*. She is a mother and sounds generally shy/frazzled. Don't overdo it though. Has a son who is also named Charlie
"Charlie, come here! Sorry, sir. Charlie here doesn't understand manners"
(Really fucking scared and crying) Why are you doing this?
*scream "NO" while crying*
One of the voices in Charlie's head. Sound sad and monotone.
"What's the point? Just do it."
"There's no reason not too. Just buy the gun so I can sleep. So we can sleep"
*Cry*
One of the voices in Charlie's head. Sound paniced and worried. Speak fast
"DO IT! Hurry! Not much time, not much time! HURRY!"
"Buy the gun! You know their coming! Buy it! We're gonna die without it, just do what he says!"
*Scream in fear*
Douchebag who beats up Charlie for being a "Freak". Last line is optional
"Oh look! Another freak!"
"Ah, fuck! Help me! HELP ME!
*gargle on your own blood*
Low, raspy, slightly monotone voice. He is in his early 30's. He is depressed, paronoid, and semi-psycotic. He maintains composure in almost every situation, so don't act crazy unless asked. He screams a lot. He swears a lot. Most of all, he is not a good person. Be ready for your voice to be used for a teribble guy.
(Slow, slight monotone, sad)(talking to therapist) "I don't like it" (What is that?) "Being alive"
(Start calm and then work yourself up) *creepy chuckle* Why? I don't know why! Because I do what I'm told?! Because I'm crazy?! No! The reason why I'm doing this, is because I don't know why! Life is full of questions, and we're all going to die not knowing the answers! (calm again) I'm sorry... I really am. But I have to do this.
*scream loudly and crazily* *laugh like a pyscopath* *scream again*
Irish, or English accent prefered, but all are accepted.
"Sir? You've been staring at those two for ten minutes. Are you alright?"
*make a mixture of sobbing and screaming noises*
Charlie's therapist. Fairly dull sounding person. Sounds detached at times. Low to medium voice range.
When was the last time you slept, Charles?

(sound suprised and some-what scared) Charles, I'm supposed to be asking the questions here.
One of the voices in Charlie's head. Deep, raspy voice. Lot's of yelling and swearing
"DO IT! DO IT, YOU PUSSY"
"BUY A GUN! BUY A GUN! BUY A GUN!"
*laugh maniacally*
Childhood friend of Charlie. Not many lines. Sound nice and happy.
"Hey, Charlie! I just wanted to call to see what you're up to these days. "
"Charlie, I don't know what you think I ment, but I need you to leave.... Now."
(As a teenager) Can we just stay like this forever? (No) (playful) Oh, fuck off, Charlie. I'm gonna stay here anyway.
