Rimi is a shy and reserved girl who admires her older sister and often gushes over her. She tends to compare herself to the others frequently, and wishes she could be more confident and be able to "speak up" more often. Rimi is cute and sweet-natured, and often blushes when flustered, but at times can be very determined and strong-willed as well.

While Ran has no particular interests, she is strong-willed and hates losing, and is the type of person to treasure her childhood friends and family deeply. Despite this, she founded Afterglow as an attempt to rebel against her father, who wants her to inherit the school.

Moca doesn't really have anything that she's super into, but she's the type who will get really worked up about the people she loves. The only interest she has continued to like over a long period of time is instruments and food (all kinds of bread outside of spicy ones specifically). She is quite passionate about baked goods, and has the talent of recognizing which bakery the specific bun or pastry is from just from its taste, even when she's blindfolded.

Himari is cheerful and good-natured and is the band's coordinator. She sometimes struggles to read the mood of a situation, and as a result she occasionally does things that have no effect. She's weak to tearjerkers and sentimental episodes, and is fairly romantic. She is also weak to being teased and tends to be clumsy at times.

Tomoe is a fairly relaxed person, who never says anything bad about other people or holds grudges against them. She keeps the band from falling apart and is idolized for her cool, but mature way of handling things. Despite her mature, punk look, she is very caring towards others and is always there to lend support or a shoulder to cry on. While she is unable to understand Ako's behavior at times, she loves her sister and supports her no matter what.

Tsugumi views herself as the most normal girl in the band. She is a very hardworking and optimistic person who rarely gets discouraged, and her optimism buoys the other members' spirits. However, she can easily get flustered and tends to panic when dealing with new people. She is humble almost to a fault, as her modesty often leads her to downplay her own achievements and have difficulty being confident in her skills.

On the outside, Aya is very cheerful, high-spirited, and bubbly. She is also very nice and has always been in love with idols. She is unselfish in her pursuits, helping others for the sake of being kind. On the inside, however, she is a sensitive girl who suffers from a complex stemming from her desire to be noticed. Adding to this, she does not wear her disguise outside because she wants to get noticed and even looks up constantly what people think of her on the internet.

A natural genius with an impeccable memory, Hina can acquire and master new skills very quickly, often even with just one attempt. However, as a result, she tends to get bored of things quickly and is always looking out for new and interesting things to do. She is very cheerful and carefree, but her relaxed mindset also makes her unable to understand other people's emotions, and as such, she sometimes inadvertently insults them without noticing. She is intrigued by people who are different from her, and things she doesn't understand.

Chisato is normally very mature, polite, and friendly, and gets along with others fairly well. However, she also has a surprisingly blunt side to her personality, and can sometimes come across as cold or condescending. This personality is not always provoked, though she tends to be more blunt when she is annoyed or around Kaoru, as she does not appreciate Kaoru's dramatic personality. She also tends to show this side when people insult her band members or say Pastel*Palettes wouldn't be as good as it is without Chisato. Chisato has also admitted to being a person who dislikes being controlled by others.

A tomboy who appears awkward around other people, Maya isn't very social and used to be a bit socially withdrawn prior to becoming a drummer. But around musical equipment, she becomes ecstatic and is impossible to stop when talking about her beloved hobby, unless she herself realizes she is rambling on. She has a casual way of speaking and tends to sometimes use the short version of "desu", "-ssu" while ending her sentences. Despite this, she refers to everyone, including those who are younger than her, with the "-san" honorific.

A bright and earnest girl who tackles everything standing in her path full throttle. She is enthusiastic and chipper, eager to learn all that she can about Japan. At times her thought process can be strange, and when going on about bushido and other samurai-related things, which she takes quite seriously, she comes off as humorous. Her actions also tend to confuse Aya and the people around her.

A serious and fussy girl, Sayo can be somewhat cold in nature, even towards those she is close to. She never cuts corners or accepts shoddy workmanship, and is diligent in practice of any kind. She tends to stubbornly deny liking or being fond of certain things, such as fluffy animals or french fries.

Lisa is a friendly and lively girl who appears mature and calm. Despite her appearance, Lisa acts as the mediator in tense situations, and takes care of everyone well. It's because of her that Roselia is able to continue to stick together despite the contrasting members personalities and disagreements at times. She often chides the others if she feels necessary, bringing balance to the group.

Socially awkward, Rinko is a shy and asocial girl who was initially too frightened to speak in front of others, let alone perform before them. She has a tendency to stammer when speaking, and usually keeps quiet until she feels comfortable. As the story goes on, Rinko gradually gains more courage and self-confidence, even overcoming her stage fright and successfully performing in a concert for the first time since her childhood.

An idealistic and charismatic young girl, Kokoro dreams of making the entire world smile with music. She effortlessly attracts others to her due to her bright and bubbly nature and often manages to get them swept up into her easygoing pace. Because of her naturally imposing personality, she is often able to do and get what she wants. She is also extremely curious and easily amazed, charmed by new things she discovers in the world around her.

Lively and passionate for sports, Hagumi is known for her sunny disposition and energetic nature. She is cheerful and can be a bit of a show-off, but she usually doesn't take things too far. She tries to convince others to indulge in her sporty hobbies at times.

Sensible and responsible, Kanon is one of the members within Hello, Happy World! that manages to keep the band running smoothly, although she is likely to space out and start thinking about jellyfish. She is fairly shy and easily flustered, and can become a nervous wreck at the drop of a hat. Whenever she gets nervous or overwhelmed she tends to say "fuee".

Mashiro is a kind but quiet, shy, and reserved girl. Though she aspired for Tsukinomori Girls' Academy and managed to get in, she was overwhelmed by the talented individuals around her. As a result, she felt depressed daily until she stumbled upon Poppin'Party's performance in CiRCLE.

Touko is a popular girl who gathers people around her both at school and on social media, where she goes by the name TOKO and is known as a popular influencer who's able to find and create the latest trends. She is a cheerful and open-hearted girl, but those around her are often caught up by her tendency to play things by ear. She often talks in gyaru slang, especially using the words "yabai", "maji" and "mikuron" (no biggie), and wants to take selfies no matter where she goes (even during performances). She loves to tease Tsukushi, which at times leads them to arguing.

A class president who's always full of confidence. Though Tsukushi tries her best, and can be quite stubborn at times, her clumsiness comes out every now and then; Touko likes teasing her about this, which sometimes leads into them arguing. She has a pure heart and also works tirelessly to become a reliable and trustworthy person. She dislikes being treated like a kid, especially due to her short stature.

Rui is a talented individual who is always at the top of her class. She has a dry personality and is always aiming for top results, and speaks in a polite manner. She is very logical and realistic, but can also be blunt when it comes to her opinions, especially about talents or music. In addition to her logical nature, she plans out her days and schedules very thoroughly, and as such, doesn't understand things like people hanging out or taking detours after school. Due to her stoic and composed look, Rui says that people tend to think she's angry even when she's not.

Rei is a calm and mature girl. Due to her mature attitude, she has a tendency to keep a certain amount of distance from others (for example, not giving her opinions, or hiding her troubles from others, as shown in the event outside/inside where she overworked herself in order to perfectly play the hard bass parts she was given during her and Masuki's gig). However, later in the story, and mainly thanks to her bandmates' effort, she starts to open up more easily. She is also sometimes mistaken for an adult due to her mature appearance; in an area conversation, she says the movie theater workers couldn't believe she's a high school student.

Reona is a hardworking and energetic girl who loves cute things and dislikes bad words, lies, and insults. Due to her hardworking nature, she is good at taking care of the people around her. She has a strong commitment to "cuteness" and especially loves Pastel*Palettes. She regards Pastel*Palettes as her saviors, saying they "shone light into her gray world, and made her start seeing the world in pastel colors" and "they gave her the hope to keep living on."

Tomori is a kind but sensitive girl who, as mentioned above, has an awkward personality. She has a tendency to stutter while talking and not make eye contact. She also tends to blame herself for the conflicts that happen around her, even if they weren't caused by her.

Anon is an honor student who is very social and also assertive at the same time. Despite this, it is shown that she has had a hard time making friends. Anon also loves following and trying out the newest trends. She approaches Tomori after learning about her in hopes of creating a band together with her. Although she initially created the band in order to gain attention, to the point where she wanted to name the band after herself, she ends up becoming dedicated to her band activities and taking practicing seriously.

Raana is an eccentric girl. She is a very talented guitarist who also has a very frank personality, as she always states what she likes and doesn't like.[5] As shown in multiple "Daily Life of MyGO!!!!!" shorts, she is somewhat of a glutton and loves sweets, especially parfaits, but also dislikes hot foods as she has a sensitive tongue.

Soyo is a very kind and mature girl and she is often compared to an older sister. Due to this, she is often relied on by her peers. She has a habit of fiddling with her fingertips when she's thinking[3] or planning something. Although not outwardly hostile, Soyo can be quite cunning at times.

Taki is a loner who enjoys being all alone. She works part-time at RiNG, but due to her blunt personality, short temper and the fact she has a tendency to glare at people, she isn't good at customer service. She is a bit of a perfectionist, but at the same time Taki has an inferiority complex towards her older sister and she tends to get depressed when people can't rely on her or imply that she isn't reliable enough.
