All the Great Things: Visual Novel, Round 2 Auditions!
Project Overview
This is a giant passion project of mine!
The story follows our main character Sol on a personal journey of growth as he goes through his final year in High School. However, he still feels lost without any idea of where he wants to go in life...that is until he meets a few special people who will give him one unforgettable school year. The story is a rom/com/drama.
The plan is to make this project a full fledged visual novel with voice acting, art, and some music. I plan on making a part two for CCC one day for other roles too so if you don't get chosen don't lose heart! As of now this is planned to be a non profit project. This will be a project in the works for the foreseeable future, so I ask if you audition- try and be in it for the long run!

Sol is an off putting guy. He is kind of stoic, yet simultaneously light once he gets to know you.
He can be incredibly kind and thoughtful- yet also somewhat blunt.
Sol also loves making up nicknames for people, so give it your best shot!
His preferred voice would be a medium ranged voice, can be a tad lower or higher.
Most importantly be yourself with the role, add your own twist if you would like.

Hey what's up? My name is Sol. I'm just an average guy trying to get by, so I wouldn't count on me to do anything crazy. We’ll probably forget about one another. I dunno. We'll see. Nice to meetcha.

Have you ever imagined what it's like to have purpose in life....or have that purpose you sought just taken away? Or forced upon you by another person? Well...it can leave you feeling...lost(this should be a line read with some sadness or a defeated delivery).
Mizuki is like a tornado. She brings a lot out of people.
She is slightly serious and a slight joker, she in a nutshell is a leader with a complicated mentality inside and out. She is hard to read.
With all that said her actions tend to speak louder than her words(Well..maybe).
Her voice would be a medium to low feminine voice.

Hoshiko is pretty shy, distant, and reclusive. At first glance she can be somewhat emotionless when you don't know her. That is just the wall she instinctively puts up in public
She is a giant nerd so if you bring up her hobbies that can switch her vibe up really quick, getting her excitable and picking her speech pacing up quite a bit.
Her voice would be a lower feminine/androgynous voice.

Um....Hi. Hoshiko. Well, I mean, that's my name- so....yeah. I guess I like music…..(awkward silence) Bye...(she quickly and awkwardly walks away).
Can I...*yaaaaawns* get a hug from Mr.Clock(she says this in a sleepy daze after waking up on her way to school) he looks so amazing in his suit....ACK! Sol-- I didn't realize you were there....(goes from a daze to embarresed with that realization) so um, how was your morning?
There isn't a thing you can do! Don't you get it? This is my problem and I need to solve it. I am who I am, you can't change that because I won't ever change, okay?!? I’m me!! (She is overcome with emotion, crying).
Nia can be abrasive, overall really blunt with a strong personality. Despite this she can also be sweet if you are on her good side, though she might sock you if you bring it up.
She is a classic ruffian with a heart of gold, Nia is incredibly protective of her loved ones. A good comparison of her personality would be Dehya from Genshin Impact.
Her voice would medium to high range!

Wow so a girl asks you to hang out and the first thing you spew out is why? You're really somethin' dude. I think I’d find more confidence from a self motivation poster. Can't say it doesn't have its charm. Though you didn't hear that from me...got it loser?
It feels like all I've ever done is bring trouble with me. Even when I was little, trouble, it’s always trouble...have you ever just wanted to change yourself completely just to make other lives easier? Sometimes I just wonder how everyone would be without my ass around...y'know? I’m not sure it’d be so bad without me…
Berri is that classic mom friend, caring, calm, mature.
All that said, she loves horror. Anything spooky is up her alley, She also has a really "in the gutter" type of humour.
Her voice would sound similar to that of a doll, not completely creepy or anything but could give that vibe if she wanted to spook someone. This one is most up to interpretation, just keep in mind her personality.

Have you ever felt like when you blink time has moved on years? It can be pretty funny- we all know time doesn’t move any faster… however in truth I despise it, because there’s no way it’s not moving faster… Especially moments like this, I'd love if they could last forever. After all, knowing that you're as happy as I am...makes it all worth it.
Risa is hyperactive, bubbly, and goofy.
She has an artistic and creative mind because of this she has always had a knack for art especially drawing and painting!
Risa is incredibly colorful and eccentric, having a lot of varying interests and has a lack of understanding for social queues.
Her voice should be high but not annoying.

Hiya! I'm Risa! R-I-S-A, Risa! Not Reesaah not Reesuh, common mistake people make. (It’s not)Keep that memorized!(She talks pretty fast with this aud line as her brain sometimes goes at a million miles per second, try and make it as natural as possible). I love art, anything related to it pretty much! Ah also sweets, like cupcakes, my favorite cupcakes chocolate, do you like chocolate? Don't get me started on chocolate. Chocolate makes me hungry. Oh and I love food in general I mean there’s this one time-(she gets hurried off, so an abrupt stop).
(This is during a scene where Risa runs up to a clown and touches his nose) Soooo cute! Hey, what's your diet? How do you fit with your buds into cars? Also, do you sleep in your make up? Or are you permanently a clown? Oh my god...are you an alien??(The clown gets uncomfortable and runs off) Heeeeyyy waiiiit!(she becomes sad) Now I can't find out about his about his shoes.... or how that flower has water in it… or how his handkerchief is like basically infinite… COME BACK MISTER CLOWN!!(she dramatically falls to her knees and looks at the sky exasperated)
I know I am usually all excited and stuff...I just can't right now. (She paused for longer than ever before)Can you just...stay here with me? I feel I can be myself around you. No matter what setting my brain is in. Whether or not I have the energy or not. I don't have to force those feelings out. How do you do that...? No one makes me feel normal like you…You have some crazy super powers. Wish I had those… all the time. Guess if I keep you around all the time, then I will.
Ruri is mostly a reclusive and shy guy.
Similar to Sol he doesn't have any friends, however for Ruri it is because of his crippling anxiety of social situations, he doesn't want to be a bother and has a problem of apologizing too much (you would never guess this from his appearance).
Outside of that, on the outside he is also quiet...however in certain situations he could potentially be incredibly intense or even have a temper.
This voice will be highly up to interpretation as he does have the possibility of switching up from shy to angry to quiet to apologetic, etc.

Hayami is an enigma, he is a mix between an old soul and a cheerful young adult.
Circumstances always have him smile despite whatever happens in his life, he often quotes things from movies, games, and books. He is also rather popular online.
Hayami overall is a kind and calm man, his voice would reflect that. A bit of a rasp or an attempt at one would be good.
However again, make this character your own!

She also has a very active imagination.
