Aetherian Shadows
Project Overview
Aetherian Shadows is an animated, musical project, centered around two girls, Calliope and Aurora, who live in the magical kingdom of Aetheria. When the land's king goes missing, it is up to the two girls to find him and rescue him. Classic fantasy story.
Requirements for auditioning:
-Must be 14 or older
-Must have Discord
-Must be in the Aetherian Shadows Discord server which I have linked below
In your audition, please include:
-Your name
-Your age
-Your Discord username
-At least two takes of the given dialogue
-A clip (30 seconds - 1 minute) of a song of your choice that showcases your range (if the character is one who sings). Please make sure the song is appropriate.
Extra notes:
-Only one file can be submitted, so make sure your entire audition is in the same file.
-Not all characters will sing. It will be made clear if a character does not sing. If it does not say in the audition listing, assume the character sings and make sure to submit a song with your audition. If it says the character does not sing, feel free to not include a song in your audition for that character.
-This project is in its very early stages, so you may be waiting a while to hear back!

Aurora is one of the two main characters of Aetherian Shadows. She is a bubbly teenage girl. She is optimistic and high-spirited. However, she can also be inattentive and easily distracted. Her voice should be medium-high pitched. This is a musical series, so this character is also required to sing. We are looking for a mezzo-soprano type voice for this character. Please include a snippet of you singing a song of your choice, so long as it is appropriate, that showcases your range and matches the personality of the character, in your audition.

Ollie is the river elf who acts as the king's advisor. He is good friends with the main characters, Calliope and Aurora, though he can be easily annoyed by Aurora's antics and Calliope's unwillingness to put a stop to them. His voice should be low-medium pitched.
