Tails is Sonic's friend, and he wants to be just as dank as Sonic. However, thanks to his "feminine" attitude, he gets mocked by Sonic. Though Sonic still sees him as a friend.
The voice is like a little kid trying hard to be all sarcastic, dank, and swaggy.
While Tails is male, this is a FEMALE ONLY ROLE.
Males will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Basically, she is Robotnik's mother. She is more threatening and more evil than Robotnik.
Her voice is an middle aged Scottish lady. Yelling is what she also does best. (Don't SCREAM into the mic though.)
