Project Overview

BASIC RUNDOWN, BECAUSE MY OTHER ONE WAS SUPER DUPER LONG
Pearls Before Swine [now The Flesh is Weak] is an analog horror series that I started and am currently revisiting!
It does feature heavy disturbing, religious themes, mentions of abuse, and gore, so please be mindful of this!
PLOT:
Currently, the episodes are from the POV of a 25-year-old man named Luke Marquis, who is dealing with his resurfacing trauma. The horrors of a small town in an even smaller Massachusetts county still haunt him, and he's blocked out memories of the place for years. But now, it's time to take accountability, and break the yoke his past has bestowed him with.
I'm looking for people who can really bring Luke and his psychiatrist to life. The script is modeled after audio recordings of his sessions.
The timeline spans from the mid 60s to the early 90s.
METHOD:
For this project, I'll be using a mismatch of different editing techniques, but I also want to focus on rotoscope animation this time around. My editing often varies, but I have some experience with animation and character design, so I know I want to take an animated approach for sure.

Doctor Miriam is an older woman with a soothing, professional voice. She's a psychiatrist who is seeing Luke Marquis.I want her to sound like she's from the 1970s, if that makes any sense. Think one of the ladies from the Stepford Wives [1975].
