Sakaki's sister that owns the Hatch Potch. Is very sweet and is always smiling. Later turns out to be Io's biggest weakness. Is very close friends with Kikue.

"(looks straight at Io with beady eyes and a giant smiles) Please have some cake."
A very moe, clumsy, and airheaded teacher of Ao Kishi Highschool. Very insecure and wants a boyfriend (badly). Good friends with Miiko
"Oh, hello! Good morning everyo- (slips on some ice) Ow...."
"Welcome back to school, everyone? How was your break? I know mine was great!"
A short, black-haried cool dude. Has a not-so-secret crush on Saki and sometimes acts like a tsundere around her or whenever her name is mentioned.
"Yo! Whats up, guys?"
"Volleyball? Again? Aww, but we just played it yesterday!"
"Oh uh... h-hey Saki-chan. What's hangin'?"
Tsumiki has the personality of a typical tsundere, as noted by Mayoi. She is slightly cold to others and does not speak much, though she actually cares about her family members and friends a lot. Tsumiki has a gigantic crush onIo, though he never notices it.
"Good... Good morning... I-Io... (gets surprised) I-I-I-I-IO!! Go-good morning..."
"My coat's still at the dry cleaner's."
"Either way, we can't ride at the same time. (sneezes) Yeah, i'm fine, it's just a cold."
A spunky young girl like Mayoi and Sakaki and opens up the school mornings with an episode from the Broadcast Commitee. Is somewhat like Akira Kogami from Lucky Star.
"Goooooood morning, Ao Kishi High School! Welcome to the daily broadcast of the Broadcast Commitee's Ao Kishi Chat!
"Today's question comes from... Let's forget the name and move onto the question!"
"Ah, what a sweet question! Love! I remember my first love back in Junior High!"
Hime is the clumsy ditz and air-headed member of the group. She has a very innocent personality, which would often make her (overly) confused over simple teasing. She easily gets a nosebleed when she's flustered or riled up. Of the main cast, she is the most likely to get injured.
"Good morning, you two! How are you?"
"Summer and winter weathers are so harsh, you know?"
"(sees Tsumiki as a cat and gets a nosebleed) SO... SO CUTE!!!"
He is intelligent and stoic, yet kind at heart. He is oblivious toTsumiki's crush on him, though he would at times makes romantic comments/gestures towards her. She is the closest girl to him regardless. He is responsible and independent. Like Tsumiki, he is a good cook, and is considered a genius. Io is naturally calm, but he apparently detests laziness or slacking in general, as he hit Mayoi on the head once when she came to his house to study, but instead turned to videogames.
HAHAHA Miniwa has a crush on me? That's ridiculous.
A sweet yet somewhat sinister blonde who loves to tease Kyoya, and is unaware of his crush on her.
"TAKE THAT!!! Wahoo! Volleyball IS fun!"
"Oh my goodness, are you okay? Here ,let me help."
Io's partner-in-crime. Together with Mayoi, he makes up the prankster duo in the friendship circle. He also has quite a competitive side; his constant goal being to beat Io, though most of his attempts are thwarted by either Io himself or outside forces.

"I spy a Ms. Kikue* walking on by! *pronounced KEE-ku-ay"
"Hey! It's not my fault! Io's the one who's lewd, Hime!"
Mayoi is very savvy with electronics and is almost never seen without her lab-coat. She loves to tease Tsumiki with a passion, which often brought her severe repercussions from the latter. She is also a very sneaky person with a rather twisted sense of humor. She is very fond of games and competition (though she mostly loses due to some strange mishaps) and she's always into teasing others, just like Sakaki.
"At this time of year, you don't wanna be outside for too long, do ya?"
"(talks slyly) Is that why you were reaching out for Io*-san's coat, Tsumiki? -u- *pronunced EE-oh"
"Don't worry, nyahoi! I've got it all under control!"

A spontaneous, energetic girl with green hair in pigtails. She is very cheerful and athletic, and will always be willing to play any type of game.
