Welcome to the Casting Call of Abridged Bits - Episode 1.
Firstly I'd like to thank all who have auditioned and to say that if you don't get the part don't worry there's always next episode. So don't be so down. ^^
Abridged Bits focuses on a compilation of short punchy clips from different anime that are for complete comedic use.
(Additionally, this will be my first project as both Director & Writer so any feedback and input are appreciated.)
Rules For Entry:
Episode 1 will cover My Hero Academia, Fairy Tail and Legend of Korra.
Natsu Dragneel is the main character and resident Dragonslayer of Fairy Tail. He has a comedic take on life but will do everything in his power to save innocent lives and his friends, placing the guild first above all else.
"I'm all fired up!!" (Loud, proud delivery)
"Why do you find it easy to kill? These are lives dammit!" (In tears, Angry delivery)
"I won't stop fighting when I'm tired. I'll stop fighting when you've shattered my heart into a thousand pieces!" (Serious, Driven delivery)
Erza Scarlet is apart of the main cast and known as Titania of Fairy Tail. Lives her life by the sword, devout in protecting her comrades and the reputation of the guild. Carrying herself with the pride of a knight into battle.
"You see, for as long as we draw breath into our lungs, we shall keep hope alive inside our hearts." (Warm, proud delivery)
"Being alive...is a sign of strength!" (Encouraging delivery)
"Always trying to make myself seem strong... So I locked my own heart in a suit of armor." (Somber delivery)
Jellal Fernandes is an Antagonist within the Tower of Heaven arc of Fairy Tail, carrying himself with purpose, always thinking one step ahead.
"Erza...Freedom is not a thing that exists in this world." (Sinister delivery)
"Your Freedom is still but a lie. And so it will stay, as long as you remain taken by darkness."
"You are even more irrational than the rumors say. Did you enjoy striking one of your own friends who couldn't even move?"
Simon allied himself with the Fairy Tail team in order to stop Jellal from enacting his plan to reactivate the Tower of Heaven. Acting within a Chivalrous and Kind manner.
"No! This is not a simple matter of strength or Magic Power!" (Intense delivery)
You...were always so gentle. So...gentle. I...loved...you... (Soft, struggling, dying delivery)
Happy is Natsu's companion and a member of the Fairy Tail Guild. Always by Natsu's side but has a devious side. Has a young squeaky delivery.
"Don't think Natsu, it's not like you!" (Insulting delivery)
"What kind of rightful cause makes people sad and suffer?!" (In tears, bitter delivery)
"Aye! Sir!" (Loud, Proud delivery)
An Assassin from the Trinity Raven Guild called in by Jellal Fernandes to Assassinate the Fairy Tail Team. Also an Owl.
"I will not let you break the rules! I will pass judgment on you in the name of Justice!" (Driven delivery)
Izuku Midoryia is a quirkless wannabe hero who's ambition is to become the world's greatest hero.
"From now on, Deku is the name of a Hero!" (Declarative delivery)
"The sad truth is, all men are not created equal." (Somber delivery)
"Can someone without a quirk...Become a hero like you?" (Desperate delivery)

"M-mom...c-can I be a hero...j-just like A-all M-might...?" (Tearful delivery)
"Why must you be so mean Kachan?" (Questioning delivery)
"You wanna pretend to be a hero? You don't stand a chance without a quirk, Deku." (Cocky delivery)
Shinji Nishiya also known by his hero name, Kamui Woods is the No. 7 ranked Pro Hero.
"Get the civilians to safety!" (Heroic delivery)
"Piece of cake for the world's next hottest hero." (Heroic delivery)
"Hi there everyone, I'm Mount Lady." (Seductive delivery)
Backdraft is a rescue pro hero whom works at the Musutafu Fire Department.
"It's far too dangerous, stay behind me." (Heroic, Cautious delivery)
Bakugou's mother. A warm kind hearted woman that tends to scold his son when he goes over the line.
"He's a hot-tempered brat and we know he's a pain, but please train him hard and make him a good hero." (Warm delivery)
Korra is an Avatar who is raised within a compound by the white lotus. She's an arrogant, hot-tempered avatar who wants to bring balance to the world.
"I'm the Avatar and you gotta deal with it." (Confident, Warm delivery)
"No matter what happens, no matter how crazy things get, I'll always try to restore balance." (Driven delivery)
"What?! I'm not oppressing anyone, y-you're oppressing yourselves!" (Flustered, angered delivery)
Mako is a fire-bending pro-bender, orphaned at a young age along with his brother Bolin. A warm and caring person but is protective of his younger brother.
"When you get to jail, tell em Mako sent ya." (Confident delivery)
"Why is it easier to bust triads than it is to get through one conversation with my girlfriend?" (frustrated delivery)
"I guess you should do what you think is right, I support whatever decision you make." (Warm, understanding delivery)
Current CEO to Future Industries and is friends with Korra, Mako and Bolin ever since the Equalist movement occupied Republic City.
"It's all right. People usually assume that I'm daddy's helpless little girl, but I can handle myself." (Confident delivery)
"Varrick is one the richest people in the world, So you're my assistant, just stand there and don't say anything." (nervous delivery)
"You can't be afraid to mix it up sometimes." (Warm delivery)
Naga is the personal pet and best friend to Korra and is a valued member of the team to her.
"You two really aren’t suited for each other…" (Warm, Motherly delivery)

Bolin is the orphaned brother of Mako, an Earthbender who is also a pro-bender.
"Ugh, Come on Mako. Alright look, I already kinda told her that she could stay here to watch the match, but I've got a good feeling about her." (Reasoning delivery)
"Y-you mean like as a boyfriend or l-like a slave." (nervous delivery)
"Maybe I can't turn my back on people when they're down!" (Driven delivery)
Varrick is a Southern Water Tribe Entrepreneur who agrees to assist Asami with keeping Future Industries in business.
"Yep. I like to think I'm always there to stand up for the little guy. Especially if that little guy can help this guy become a bigger guy! " (Warm, Strong delivery)
"Did you see that, levitation! I was a foot off the ground!" (Bragging delivery)
"We'll hammer out the details at the royal feast tonight. Now! who wants a rocket boat ride!"
Yeah… I’ve been telling him to get some help but he’s so god damn stubborn that he starts screaming and blowing shit up every time we utter the word “Therapy”.
Just some extras for the villain train station scene.
