Abjection

Unfortunately for Lucas Roche, his life was not included in the lucky many including a yellow brick road to follow for success and happiness. Born into a family of low-income with a father who never planned on parenting him, and a mother who is work-crazed in order to make a living, Lucas is a child without much knowledge on the world-- he's easily distracted, clumsy, and he doesn't get the most impressive grades. All of this reflects from Lucas at school, creating a terrifying situation for the boy full of bullying and few friends. With a low self-esteem, Lucas accepts what is happening to him, until one day when an idea comes to surface, and Lucas finds a way to become "larger" than everyone who once expected little from him.
