  • Animators And Social Media

    I have cast all the voice actors for Wants and Needs, if you didn’t get it but want to be an extra, you can DM me on Discord DonutPostsDaily#8783 Now that we’ve cast all the VAs, we need an animator, and someone to manage Wants and Needs and its online presence. If you can do frame by frame animation, you might be interested in being an animator for the project! I can’t constantly be on social media to promote the project, so if you were to handle the social aspect of Wants and Needs, you’d have to keep tabs and post on the website, the Wants and Needs channel, the Instagram, basically all of the stuff when it comes to social media. If you have interest in that, DM me! If you’re interested in drawing background art, we still need that role filled, so you can do that if you can’t do frame by frame animation, but can still draw well. When you try for animating or background art, please give examples of your work. Thank you all!

  • Two roles left!

    This casting call has gone insanely well! I’ve cast Haruto, Destiny and Jack still have not been cast. Sorry that it’s been so long, I get kind of picky when it comes to picking roles and all, but the best of luck to you all, I’ll be looking to cast Destiny and Jack within the month. If I don’t cast them by August, I’ll probably give the roles to a current cast member if they want it.

  • Some really big changes.

    So, we have decided to change the project. We are scrapping the gacha part, and gacha will not play any part in this film starting in August. Once all voice actors have done their lines, we’re going to need animators and music composers. This will now solely be an animated, voice acted film.

  • Deadline and Taken Roles

    This casting call has been very successful for me, we have gotten lots of auditions, and we have already cast Cotton, Audrey, Ruby, and Destiny. However other roles have not gotten that many auditions so we’ll be extending the deadline to May 31st. Stay well!

  • Roles And Stuff

    Hi! So, we got a fair few of auditions for Jack, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t impressed. Although, there haven’t been many auditions for rivals and Ruby. The rivals are very important, since every section of the story HAS a rival. So try to look twice at Destiny, Mizushima, Brooklyn, Audrey, and Ruby. Ruby is not a rival, she is the female lead.

She was born emotionless, and started pretending to have emotions to fit in with society. But when she’s with Jack, she feels love, and emotion. She took on many traits from her mother, who had a severe lust for blood.

Unbeknownst to him, he is the most good looking boy in school, and thus catching the attention of a drastic amount of students. Including a sociopath. Jack is quiet, and oblivious.

She’s known to most as a pretty girl, with a prettier sister, but both of them aren’t popular or unpopular. She has strong feelings, and isn’t afraid to stand her ground!

Audrey is the second rival. She is relatively nice, but can be sarcastic. When she was very young, she suffered from an alter ego, that was absolutely mad. Insane. And when provoked, was uncontrollable. Medium low voice.

  • (Intimidating) I’m warning you.. one more word and I’ll crack your skull open.

  • (Pained, hint of frustration) Jack... PLEASE..! I didn’t mean to hurt your father...

  • (Crying, angry) “No! No! I didn’t do it! I swear! No! Please!

Cotton has been Jacks best friend since the 8th grade, but lately she’s been developing feelings for her best friend. She’s quite popular, and envied by many girls. She is the first rival to die. Medium high voice.

  • (Scared) R-Rubes, why are we here? Rube, y-you’re scaring me! W-wait! N-n-no!

  • (Flustered, embarrasses) Um... Aha! Jackie.. I can’t say right now. Meet me at our usual spot tomorrow?

Mizushima has an inexplicable belief that Ruby Nakamura is behind these tragedies. She is the Vice President of student council, but sees herself as higher.

  • (Inspiring) I will win your approval as a leader, who listens!

  • (Amused) Huh.. Nakamura.. where have I seen that name before... oh right! Accused of the murder of a teenage girl. In HIGH SCHOOL? Sound familiar? (Added innocently)

  • (Annoyed) Audrey Takahashi has been apprehended.. for the murder of Cotton. As much as I disagree with this accusation and have different suspects, they are the proper authority.

Brooklyn is from another school, but is Jacks online friend. Essentially , she is the only rival that escaped Ruby’s clutches. Is the lead in the second part.
