What is this?
This is a fandub of the anime / manga series "A Couple of Cuckoos".
Synopsis: 16 years before the series takes place, 2 babies are swapped at birth. One of them is a studious student named Nagi Umino, and the other is an Instagram celebrity named Erika Amano. 16 years later, Nagi is getting ready to meet his real parents until he finds out that he's being forced into an arranged engagement with Erika.
Minimum Requirements:
1 - Please have Discord as that's where you'll receive scripts and submit lines.
2 - Please leave your Discord name in your audition notes, if you don't then you WILL NOT be casted.
3 - Please try your best to sound like the dubbed voice actor.
4 - Please have little to no background noise or peaking in your audition.

DESCRIPTION:
Erika Amano is one of the main protagonists of "A Couple of Cuckoos". A popular Instagram celebrity who is the biological daughter of the family that raised Nagi. She first meets him while taking videos at a park, and makes him pretend to be her boyfriend to escape from an arranged marriage. Her parents arrange her to be engaged with Nagi and for them to live together in a single house. After her school discovers the pictures she took with him, she is forced to transfer to Nagi's school. She decided to start an Instagram account in order to reach someone she had been looking for.
PERSONALITY:
At first glance, Erika can be seen as a spoiled child who leads a carefree life. Even though she didn't like to rely on any other, she wouldn't mind if it is Nagi Umino for helping her out in many ways. She also has a caring personality when she kindly talks to Sachi Umino.
VOICE:

Hiro Segawa is a lead character in "A Couple of Cuckoos". Nagi's classmate who is ranked first in her grade. She lives in a temple and also works as a miko. She later becomes friends with Erika.
PERSONALITY:
Hiro is a competitive type. She hates lies and is always determined to be the first in her grade. She seems to get along with everyone at school but has no close friends.

Sachi Umino is a lead character in "A Couple of Cuckoos". She is the sister of Umino Nagi, and the biological sister of Amano Erika.
PERSONALITY:
Sachi is known to be indifferent, especially toward her older step-brother Nagi; however, underneath that, she deeply cares for him, and when he's forced to leave the household realizes her feelings for him. She's also known to be super determined about things she set her mind to, an example being when Sachi was a child; she saw that Nagi won an award for the best swimmer. Wanting one herself, Sachi would vigorously do swim training until she won the same award herself.

Namie Umino is a supporting character in "A Couple of Cuckoos". Nagi's adoptive mother. Erika and Sachi's biological mother. She and her husband run a restaurant together.
PERSONALITY:
Namie is a kind and Loving Mother to both her children, she however has a temper like her husband as shown in the restaurant when Erika snapped at them. Her temper was likely due to her past as a delinquent that carried into adulthood with her.
VOICE:

PERSONALITY:
Much like his wife, Yohei can be a kind and loving father to both his children, he however has a temper like as shown in the restaurant when Erika snapped at them. His temper is a lot more obvious on the surface than his wife's however.

Although Souichirou comes off as an affable and understanding individual, he's known to be rather calculating and conniving. This is displayed in his arranged living situation between Nagi and Erika.
