LYRICIST for historical/anime themed project
Project Overview
Looking for a lyricist to essentially 'idol-ify' a bunch of wartime folk songs for a silly idol themed project I'm working on. There'll be four songs in it namely: Blood on the Risers, Edelweiss, Katyusha, and Men of Harlech/British Grenadiers (Have yet to decide which of the two we're going). Lyrics are pretty much there, you just need to turn them into cutesy-styled lyrics but still coherent to the accompanying lore I have in mind.

You will be in charge in rewriting lyrics for four songs. These are wartime folk songs namely 'Katyusha', 'Edelweiss', 'Blood on the risers', and 'Men of Harlech/British Grenadiers'. You will rewrite them to be more suited to a more Idol-like themes, turning them from songs about missing a loved one to a cutesy lovey dovey love song directed at the listener.
The four songs constitute as one project so you're looking at $50 per song. Four songs is $200 in total. But I'd be more than happy to increase the pay if negotiated. In any case, for your audition, please upload your previous lyrics-work.
