Mikki Pham has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has consistently delivered amazing performances! She has a very expressive and captivating voice that brings so much personality and emotions to the characters she plays while still sounding completely natural and believable. At one point, her performance for one particular scene was so emotional that it genuinely made me tear up, which goes to show how much passion and feelings she puts into her acting. She does an incredible job at what she does, and even with very little direction, she was able to deliver exactly what I had envisioned for the characters she was casted as.
She is also extremely professional, dedicated, and has excellent communication. Lines are always turned in on time, and if an extension is ever needed or there is something unexpected, she has always been very upfront and responsible about communicating ahead of time. Mikki Phan is definitely someone who cares a lot about the quality of their work and is a very hardworking individual!
