Nicholas is a quality voice actor: he excels in vocal performance, has a quick DM response time, and is straightforward to direct.
In Hallownest Vocalized, he voices the Nailsmith, a time-worn swordsmith with a tired gravelly voice pleasant to the ears. Nicholas’ performance and delivery truly brought out the depth of Nailsmith’s dialogue, making witnessing his story arc all the more fulfilling.
Fun fact, the role itself was hard for me to cast, as I was stuck between three quality VAs. It was the role’s original Hollow Knight voice actor, Matthew Griffin, who commented praise for Nicholas’ audition, indirectly convincing me who to cast.
I highly recommend Nicholas for any roles you consider him for. Keep your eyes on him if he auditioned for your project!
Additional Notes: This recommendation is for a voice actor from Hallownest Vocalized, a Hollow Knight mod which gave English voice acting to every character in the game.
