Eli Gray Nations is a writer, voice actor, and aspiring game designer. He hails from DePauw University, graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Creaitive Writing with a minor in Theatre. His writing focuses on both game-design for Table-Top Roleplaying Games and short fiction, though he has completed multiple academic theses as well. He edits for a wide sway of works, from essays to novels. He voice acts freelance, following both Method Acting training under the Lee Strasberg method and baritone vocal training under Julie Freeman.

These classes are designed to train the actor in Lee Strasberg’s systematic approach to acting, known throughout the world as The Method. The technique develops the actor’s ability to respond with real behavior to imaginary stimuli and trains the actor to use their personal experience to fire their imagination.
In the Open Jar Institute, a group of students are selected by audition each year to spend one week in New York City learning from some of Broadway's most respected professionals in one-on-one masterclasses and workshops.
This class is designed as an introduction to voiceover and voice acting. Students are expected to record material on their own each week and will receive feedback on vocal performance and technical quality during class. Students will also perform voiceover copy live in class to better understand the process of working in a studio setting and making adjustments on the spot.

EliGNations is a quality voice actor: he excels in vocal range, has a quick DM response time, and given time will perfect the role as envisioned.
In Hallownest Vocalized, he voiced 2 Major Roles, and 5 Minor Roles (of which, 4 minor roles he volunteered for).
“The Collector” was best received by players, as many felt he heightened the chaos & intensity of the fight through the insane, exciting, and amusing performance provided. Because of EliG, The Collector was one of the most memorable bosses in the game.
“Mask Maker” is a notable performance, as the vibe the character presents is strange and not easily replicable, yet his performance excelled in-game immersion for the player. His efforts to perfect this delivery was essential to getting across the deep lore Mask Maker presents, to which EliG did not skip a beat.
I highly recommend EliGNations for any projects you are considering him for; he’ll be a great addition to your team!
Additional Notes: This recommendation is for a voice actor from Hallownest Vocalized, a Hollow Knight mod which gave English voice acting to every character in the game.
