VMS

I've worked with VMS for over a year on their Sims project as a voice actor (along with some extras behind the scenes and what not) and quite frankly we need more passionate people like them in the industry. As a director, project writer, whatever you'd like to call their position, I never had a struggle or worry about what I was voicing or how a character felt. Everything was clear cut, defined and expanded upon in the scripts I was given and I was even given grace whenever I missed a line or two, as well as great direction whenever a scene was a bit mistranslated in terms of emotion. I would work with them again and again if ever allowed, they can consider me a voice actor on tap permanently no matter how big I get because of how good of a job they do.
