Tsu played Rain (and is playing Hokma) in my Library of Ruina fandub - and really, I cannot say enough good things about him. Despite playing two characters, he sounds completely different for both of them, right down to a very convincing British accent for Rain! The guy is also just a lot of fun to talk to; absolutely recommended for any of your projects!

TsubakiVA is a incredibly professional voice actor providing quality recordings and going above and beyond to ensure he gives a great performance. I've worked with him for around 2 years and has always given me 110%. 10/10
