My name is Jeremy Heistand. I was born in January of 1993 in Cadillac Michigan. Over the course of my life, I've lived in numerous places across the United States. I discovered my passion for video games at an early age when I was introduced to Super Mario World on the SNES. My love of game music followed not too long after I was was introduced to the Nintendo 64 and Banjo Kazooie and Mario Kart 64. At age 14 I discovered the band Dragonforce and have had a passion for heavy metal ever since. I began playing the bass guitar at age 17 after hearing Iron Maiden's The Trooper. In 2017 I enrolled at Mott Community College in flint Michigan to pursue a degree in music and graduated in 2022. I have been hard at work with my band Ardennes for over a year now writing our first album, which will hopefully debut sometime in 2024. Outside of Ardennes, I write traditional compositions.
