First encounter with this type of job was when I was doing voice-overs for my youtube channel. It was a few years back and the voice-overs were really bad (mainly because my English back than was way worse + my voice was far from developped), but in that period I learned some essential skills like editing the voice, de-essing, cutting and EQing.
